After that brief excursion, I was able to squeeze in a run along the beach--just had to avoid the cars!

The Region II Awards Program was a nice dinner event in which the region announced its yearly awards for CTE educators. Marcia Day from Alabama hosted the awards program, serving as the Region II awards committee chairperson.

This year, the following awards, nominees and winners were recognized. The first award that was given was for the New Teacher of the Year. The two nominees were:

* Rene Day from Alabama
* Randall Elam from Tennessee

Rene Day won this award, but was unable to be in Daytona Beach.

The second award given was for Outstanding Career and Technical Educator. The recipient of this award was Paggie McSpadden from Alabama.

The final award given was for the Teacher of the Year. This year there were four nominees:

* Patrick Bello from North Carolina (unable to attend)
* Grace Decken from South Carolina
* Gracie Quarles from Virginia
* Felicia Williams from Alabama 

The winner of the Region II Teacher of the Year Award is.....

After a well-deserved round of applause, the awards dinner concluded and the attendees went off to explore or to sleep. Although the Region II conference officially ended this morning with a breakfast, I had an early flight so I had to miss it.

All in all I think the attendees had a good conference and all thanks go to Marsan Carr and the folks in Florida for being gracious and accommodating hosts. People are already talking about next year's conference in Savannah, Georgia! See you there.

1. Alabama--They had about 50 people at their Policy Seminar and about 1,500 at their state conference. While they secured $2.5 million for Alabama Career Tech, it was a cut from the original $5 million that was in the budget.

2. Florida--Funding continues to be an issue in Florida. They have had some budget cuts. The state is piloting a new category where institutions join for a fee and individuals pay a small fee to join a Division. It will be interesting to see how that works--it may be a model. They are working on membership as they have 700 out of about 20,000 CTE instructors.

3. Georgia--Continues its strong membership growth--now over 3,000. They had an increase in attendance at their summer conference. Georgia has also had some budget cuts and anticipates more this year. The Region II conference in 2009 will be held in Savannah.

4. Kentucky--They had a good summer conference with more than 1,600 attendees and 75 exhibitors. Its three goals for the year are membership, leadership and public relations. It is considering a dues increase that will include liability insurance.

5. North Carolina--It has seen an increase of about 200 members this year. They have a new Web site. One of their concerns is the lack of CTSO information in the curriculum. It is the site of this year's ACTE Convention.

6. South Carolina--Ray Boland is now the Exec. More than 2,500 educators attended the state conference this summer. The state is also experiencing cuts, with more possibly on the way. The state is doing a couple of membership programs related to the Division with the most members and the individual who recruits the most new members.

7. Tennessee--While the TN Directors of CTE did get their bill passed for additional funding, this year there was no money to fund it. The association's winter meeting will be in Nashville in February. All students must choose a career path focus for graduation.

8. Virginia--They are currently working on the legislative agenda. Last year, for the third year, its three primary budget amendments were funded--which are great victories for CTE in the state. They are working on legislation to address the shortage of CTE teachers. Their state conference will be January 15-16 in Richmond.

As I said, it was a very informative session, despite the fact that there was no cheesecake.

The next morning, I jump in the shower and remember that I have that bar of soap in my bag. I grab it and proceed to shower. I go to wash my hair and realize that they have not given me any shampoo. Luckily, they had conditioner, so I started my morning, with the best smelling dirty hair of any attendee.

That day I figured when they cleaned the room, they would drop some shampoo. Boy was I wrong, they only left me more conditioner!

This morning, I am happy to report that I had soap and shampoo!

But I digress.

Today, the morning started with a panel presentation that discussed how some states have structured their technical centers/colleges and technical/community colleges. The states represented on the panel were KY, GA, FL, NC. The panelists talked about how the schools are funded, what the admission requirements are, dual enrollment, articulation agreements and more.

According to KY, while they do have some statewide articulation agreements, most of them are at the local level. 

There was a question asked about the partnership between schools and business and industry. In NC, it was shared that the furniture industry worked with the schools to set up programs, train instructors and supported the program. It was an example of business saying, "Here's what we need" and the school's having the flexibility to listen and respond.

There was also a question about how CTE programs are using virtual learning. For the most part, there was not a lot of action in this area because of the need for on-site, hands-on lab experiences. An attendee from VA did say that the state was really tinkering around with this idea and trying to develop a way to balance the online learning and simulations, and the lab experience.

Following this presentation was a presentation by yours truly. I was asked to spend a bit of time to talk about marketing ACTE to CTE instructors. Here is my presentation: Pete's Marketing Presentation. There were a couple of questions about engaging younger members. My answer to this question is to look at how you are structured and what opportunities you are providing members. People are no longer going to join an organization because "it's the thing to do," which a number of attendees said that is why they joined.

Today, members want to be involved; they want to provide input; they want to make a difference. The problem is that our state and national organizations tend to have structures and opportunities that require people to know the right people or jump through hoops to participate. If we can eliminate those barriers and give people the opportunities, they will join and participate.

It has been another full morning, but we do have a bit of free time this afternoon.

Chris Wilder, who is the president of FACTE, opened the discussion, which was moderated by Tom Besaw. First up were Angela Chriest and Randy Swift from VyStar Credit Union. VyStar partnered with St. John's County Schools to open two high school branches, which are aligned with the business and finance academy. "There was a synergy between the school and its board and the credit union," said Swift. 

The second guest was Bob Coleman from Florida Power and Light. "Name any career and we will probably have a place for them," he said. Because of a shortage of line operators and the growth in alternative energy careers, FPL needs to partner with schools and CTE programs to make sure they have the workforce to support the company. "We are a customer of the school system," said Coleman, explaining why the company chose to get involved in the education arena. 

Flagler Life Institute representative Patricia Moore was next and she talked about the need for health care workers in Florida--approximately 10,000 nurses will be needed in Florida in the near future. "Because of this shortage, we are interested in the academy model," said Moore, who works with Pedro Menendez High School. The program consists of student internships and teacher externships to ensure the highest quality instruction for the students. "One of our goals was to build our future workforce and get out into the community," said Moore. "This partnership has accomplished that."

Last on the agenda was Bob Davis of the Hotel Motel Association of Volusia County. He shared his group's connection to schools, which he said seemed pretty obvious in Florida. His main point was that the hospitality industry employs just about every CTE field, from welders to plumbers to electricians to culinary to management. "If there is an industry in this world, the hospitality industry touches it," he said. 

The big takeaway from the discussion was from the last question, which was "What do you need from us?" The participants broke it down to four answers:

* Two-way communication--the schools and businesses need to communicate to reach common goals.
* Solution providers--businesses like to solve issues/problems/concerns. If there is one of these, come to business to work on a solution.
* Alignment--the goals of working with the school will be more successful if they are aligned to the strategic priorities or goals of the business.
* Internships--providing these at the school level allow the students to decide if this is their career path. Businesses don't like turnover and this could be one way to address that.

All in all a great session and they even had cheesecake for dessert. As Alisha said, "I don't understand when these luncheons don't have cheesecake." Needless to say, both of our plates were clean.

Day two at the Region II conference started early and is truly a full day of learning. The day began with Alisha Hyslop from ACTE giving an update on legislative activities. At the start of her presentation, she mentioned that right now the political environment is focused on the financial bailout/economy and the election, so not much is being done on education. She did spend a bit of time on the funding process that has been occurring since February. She also mentioned that ACTE has been reaching out to the presidential candidates but that neither of them have accepted the invitation. What she did mention was that whoever is elected, the CTE community will have a lot of work to do because neither candidate has spoken out much on education or CTE. Alisha then talked about what will be happening in 2009. Those topics included:

• NCLB
• Workforce Investment Act
• Energy Sustainability
• FY2010

In other conference proceedings, Chris Colwell from the Volusia Public Schools gave a presentation on the changing philosophy of education. He joked at the start that this was everyone's favorite class! Basically Colwell stated that we really need to look at what kids are learning and doing in classrooms and to give them credit and opportunity for what they are doing. If students are engaged by what they are doing in CTE, then they should and will achieve.

Following Colwell's presentation, Mary Bruno, also from Volusia, gave a presentation on Global CTE. Since we are dealing with a situation about the next issue of Techniques magazine, I was in and out of this session. Luckily Bruno shared her PowerPoint slides with me. Check it out at the bottom of this post.  The long and the short of her presentation was to share what the county was doing in CTE and what gains they have achieved.

Following Bruno was Janice Scholz from Brevard Public Schools. Scholz talked about CTE program evaluations and what Brevard is doing in that area. I managed to snag her presentation also, so you will see it below. In this presentation, Scholz talked about how the county looked at certifying their programs, their teachers and their students. The purposes of this project, as stated by Scholz were:

* Establish clear and rigorous standards
* Ensure students receive a quality education
* Establish and maintain programs that demonstrate high levels of performance
* Development links and foster collaboration
* Improve articulation with postsecondary
* Recognize achievement

Scholz did mention that not all teachers were on board at first, but after they began to see a difference in the other programs and students. She did mention that they have some work to do on some of the achievement measures, but they have gotten big improvements. A lot of what they are doing surrounds the career academy model. For more information on what they are doing and to see some of the materials they use for measurement and evaluation, check out the Brevard CTE Web site.

I made it down to Daytona Beach with little fanfare. In fact, I flew from DCA to Charlotte and picked up the North Carolina crew and we all came on down to Daytona Beach and ultimately to the Hilton. As you can see, the weather did not exactly cooperate as we were under a tornado watch—and I thought the weather in DC was bad because it was getting cold!!

I was bummed that I got here just after the start of the tour that was arranged to a couple of local high schools. Luckily, Alisha Hyslop from our staff was here for that and wrote about it in the CTE Policy Watch blog.

The Region II conference really kicked off at the Opening Session. In this session, the Mainland High School Air Force Junior ROTC presented the colors and Melanie Galiardo and the audience sang "God Bless America." 

This was a very interesting session that asked the question “Why ACTE?” Tom Besaw from Volusia County, Coleen Keffeler, ACTE Past President, and Melanie Galiardo from myvocalstudio.com teamed up for this unique session.

Throughout this session, the speakers were asking the attendees why they do what they do. When asked “Why do you teach?” some answers included “I believe in career and technical education” and “To influence and plant the seeds for students to lead productive lives.”

When asked what concerns people have, responses included:

• Student apathy
• Lack of parental support
• Lack of self-esteem
• Kids not actively involved

The point being made was that CTE answers all of these concerns and gives students both personal freedom and economic opportunity.

The unique thing about this presentation was that throughout, Galiardo sang songs that lead into the next part of the talk. For example, one of the songs she sang was Unwritten by Natasha Bedingfield. As you can see by the lyrics, it is appropriate for what most kids in the classroom are like.

For me, some of the interesting facts that were shared by the speakers included:

1. Every nine seconds someone drops out of high school
2. 3.8 million 18-24 year olds are neither employed nor in school
3. Of jobs that will be around by 2010, 36 percent will require some postsecondary education and 31 percent will require a bachelor’s degree.

The last question that was asked was “Why Change Anything?” And the answer provided by the speakers was that globalization has driven the economy to an individual level, which relates directly to what career and technical educators are doing in the classroom every day. These educators are giving students the skills and information they need to go out on their own to create new businesses and meet industry needs. In other words, CTE is uniquely positioned to help drive the economy into the next century.

The speakers also talked about the need for CTE to develop a new curriculum that is driven by data, which in some ways is being required either at the national or state levels. Keffeler mentioned that the student engagement is where we need to focus and shared a stat that found that two-thirds of students surveyed would have worked harder if more was demanded of them.

The session ended with the speakers calling for the attendees to go back to their schools and think about how CTE can address the needs of the entire education community and how we can get that word out!

Din cate am cautat pana acum, nu exista alti studenti de la universitati din Romania veniti in exchange, in schimb am ramas oarecum in legatura cu Cristina, tipa pe care am cunoscut-o in avion, care e studenta la psihologie la KU, dar locuieste aici de cativa ani. Azi m-am intalnit cu ea la libraria de la socio-uman, am convesat un pic in romana. Nu am mai auzit romana de aproape doua saptamani, si suna ciudat in mediul asta, unde nimeni nu intelege ce zici (…si reciproc).

Deocamdata toata comunicarea mea cu lumea exterioara se desfasoara in engleza, limba pe care o redescopar, pentru ca in ultimii doi ani nu am mai vorbit aproape deloc. Si am intentia sa descopar si daneza spre nivel conversational pana peste cateva luni, insa deocamdata e intentia si atat, cred ca stiu cam 5 cuvinte. Hai 10 maxim. Vreau sa fac cursul de daneza, cadou din partea facultatii, care se termina cu un certificat, numai ca mi se rupe sufletu’ de fiecare data cand ma gandesc la preturile cartilor…de ex asta pt cursul de daneza e 350 DKK. In caz ca va intrebati ce inseamna preturile de mai sus – impartiti la 2 si o sa obtineti pretul aproximativ in RON. Daca vreti sa va mai sperii cu alte cifre exotice, trebuie doar s-o cereti ;) Hai una din partea casei: o sticla de cola de 2,5 l e 25 DKK. 12,5 lei. Mhm.

Dans le tout récent Batman – the Dark Knight, le personnage du Joker propose une étonnante mise à l’épreuve de la société occidentale. Voulant dénoncer l’immoralité régnant dans la ville de Gotham, dans un acte terroriste pervers, le Joker a piégé deux énormes bateaux qui tentaient de fuir la ville : le premier a à son bord les criminels de la ville ; le second, les gens normaux, supposément moraux. Les deux bateaux sont piégés d’explosifs et chaque groupe de passagers détient le détonateur de l’autre navire. Ils ont donc quinze minutes pour décider si oui ou non il faut faire exploser l’autre bateau. Au terme de ce délai, les deux bateaux exploseraient si aucune décision n’était prise.

La folie meurtrière du Joker se fonde sur la supposition que nécessairement un des bateaux explosera avant les quinze minutes : aussi bien les gens de bien que les criminels voudront sauver leur vie quitte à supprimer celles des innocents. Cette théorie, ce savoir que le Joker a du raisonnement humain se vérifie dans un premier temps : les criminels veulent obtenir le détonateur ne doutant pas que l’autre « équipe » estimera leur sacrifice comme une perte acceptable (« ils ont déjà eu leur chance » dira une bonne citoyenne de Gotham). Les forces de police empêcheront toutefois les criminels de sacrifier l’autre bateau. De leur côté, les bons citoyens exigent d’abord le sacrifice des criminels, mais s’en remet rapidement au vote afin de définir la décision à prendre. Bien que la majorité ait décidé de faire exploser le bateau des criminels, aucun n’est prêt à faire le geste d’appuyer sur le détonateur. Concernant la démocratie, nous voyons comment elle peut rapidement trouver sa limite : cette question éthique devait-elle réellement être soumise au vote ? La majorité est-elle vraiment juste et a-t-elle nécessairement raison ?

Jusque là, le Joker montre sa parfaite connaissance de la société de Gotham et dénonce du même coup sa prévisibilité : la démocratie a jugé bon de tuer pour survivre ; les criminels ne tarderont pas à s’emparer par la violence du détonateur. Face à lui, Batman. De façon étonnante, il semble ne rien faire pour éviter la catastrophe du dilemme des deux navires et se limite à un corps à corps avec le Joker tentant de lui arracher son détonateur – celui qu’il devrait activer passées les quinze minutes. « Les navires n’exploseront pas » assurait-il mystérieusement au commissaire Gordon. Comme le Joker, Batman prévoit. Il suspend son action quant à la sauvegarde des prisonniers des navires. Il semble confiant et habité d’une conception des habitants pleine d’espoir. Pourtant, tout semble montrer que la société de Gotham – dépeinte par le film comme corrompue, individualiste, immorale – est effectivement incapable d’éviter l’explosion, elle n’en a littéralement pas les moyens. Notons que cette confiance est quelque peu inhabituelle chez ce justicier qui normalement sauve l’innocent à tout prix, limitant le risque le plus possible, ne faisant confiance qu’à lui-même.

Lutte entre le Joker et le Batman, lutte entre deux conceptions des hommes. Le Joker se présente comme dirigé par le chaos, l’imprévisible ; le Batman agit selon la Justice et est par conséquent des plus prévisibles. Le Joker compte sur sa prévision qui relève d’un l’homme est un loup pour l’homme ; mais nous ne savons rien de ce que prévoit Batman, et il faut bien admettre qu’il ne peut tout simplement rien prévoir et qu’il mise donc sur un impossible à survenir.

Sur le bateau des « gens de bien », celui que la caméra aura présenté comme le plus décidé à faire exploser le bateau des criminels se lève, prend le détonateur … mais ne parvient pas à trouver en lui la force d’accomplir le geste qu’il avait quelques minutes plus tôt tellement souhaité. Parallèlement, sur le bateau des criminels, un homme, immense armoire à glace, stéréotype de l’homme violent et dangereux, se lève et prend le détonateur des mains d’un policier. Il le jette alors par un hublot, privant ainsi cet équipage de la possibilité de choisir et refusant du même coup les règles du jeu pervers dans lequel le Joker les avait embarqués et que tous, au fond, avaient acceptées jusque là. Que ce soit l’homme déterminé à sauver les innocents ou le gigantesque criminel, tout deux accomplissent le geste imprévisible, le geste qui échappe à toute détermination, à toute théorie. Certes, le Joker avait raison et connaissait parfaitement la société corrompue de Gotham et Batman surdéterminé par sa quête de justice. Malgré cela, la possibilité que survienne l’impossible est toujours présente. Tel est l’acte – au sens où l’entend Lacan – qui échappe à toute prévision possible, qui trahit celui qui l’accomplit en même temps qu’il le révèle. Le pire des criminels peut être capable du geste éthique ; l’homme déterminé à sauver les siens au prix de la vie des autres peut être capable du juste renoncement. Ces deux hommes qui représentent les deux groupes antagonistes (les gentils, les méchants) ont finalement quelque chose en commun qui réside semble-t-il dans cet irréductible point d’indétermination. Pour un temps, ces deux personnes quittent leurs masques : le criminel devient le juste, le juste accepte que puissent périr les innocents.

La victoire de Batman sera justement cet acte éthique de renoncement à la maîtrise totale de la situation : il s’en est remis avec confiance dans cet espoir que les deux groupes échappent à l’aliénation de leur condition. On peut y voir sans doute l'acte héroïque par excellence, celui qui a un effet libérateur des foules. Le Joker, s’il se veut une incarnation du chaos, est mis face à cette constatation : l’homme a en lui ce point de folie qui le rend capable de commettre l’impossible. Dès lors, cet épisode que la perversion du Joker introduit dans le film accepte une nouvelle lecture : il est possible d’y lire une leçon aux allures nietzschéennes. Par delà le bien et le mal, par delà notre condition, nous ne sommes pas déterminés totalement. Réside en l’homme de façon irréductible un point d’indétermination capable de surmonter sa propre nature, de se surpasser à tout moment, d’échapper à toute réduction, à toute prévision.

En guise d'ouverture, ne peut-on voir dans la perversion du dilemme du Joker ("vous êtes libres d'appuyer ou non sur le détonateur", qui énonce une fausse liberté dès lors qu'elle est déterminée par les conditions de son énonciation) une allégorie de la perversion de ce que Dany-Robert Dufour a appelé le Divin Marché ? En effet, l'esprit du capitalisme moderne (néo-libéralisme culturel, global, consumérisme, etc.) impose de façon perverse un impératif de jouissance reposant sur l'affirmation de la liberté du sujet : "vous êtes libres de choisir coca ou pepsi". Sommes-nous capables de faire le geste du criminel du bateau et nous aussi refuser les termes du dilemme, refuser de jouer le jeu faussé de ce Maître ?

Aveti aici o lista a centrelor medicale unde puteti solicita eliberarea certificatelor prenuptiale. Preturile se pot modifica in timp, de aceea e indicat sa verificati telefonic costul acestor analize. Certificatele prenuptiale sunt valabile 14 zile de la data emiterii lor si trebuie sa contina mentiunea expresa ca persoana se poate casatori.

- Cei care nu sunt la prima casatorie trebuie sa prezinte in plus, dupa caz, sentinta de divort ramasa definitiva (original si copie) sau certificatul de deces al fostului sot (original si copie).

In ziua programata pentru cununia civila va trebui sa fiti insotiti de doi martori (cu acte de identitate valabile). De obicei, dar nu obligatoriu, martorii sunt nasii de cununie.

Procedeul este urmatorul : intrati in sala de informare-pregatire a facultatii care este prioritara pentru voi, cu atatea dosare cate examene vreti sa dati. Pe toate dosarele se scrie acelasi lucru, singura diferenta ar fi facultatea la care dai examenul. Nu va mai trebuie copia dupa buletin, va trebuie DOAR doua poze pentru dosarul principal. Nu va alarmati, exista oameni care va explica pas cu pas ce aveti de facut. Dupa ce va verifica cineva dosarul (ex: la verificare, ai un singur dosar pentru marketing si comert, pe care scrie doar ca dai examen la marketing, de aceea,in el treuie sa ai doua bonuri valorice si trebuie sa precizezi ca dai si la comert), mergeti in camera/camerele in care se face inscrierea propriu zisa pe calculator, cu dosarele si buletinul. Acolo o sa vi se indroduca datele in calculator, va face o poza cu webcam-ul, va imprima fisa de inscriere si legitimatiile de concurs, cu poza voastra pe ele. Aveti grija, trebuie sa aveti atatea legitimatii cate examene dati. Semnati cererea de inscriere, una ramana la voi, una ramane la ei.

In cazul exceptional in care v-ati mai gandit si vreti sa va mai inscrieti la o sectie, nu disperati, ca se poate chiar si dupa ce v-au fost indroduse datele in calculator. Tot ce trebuie sa faceti este sa mergeti sa platiti taxa, sa va scrieti dosarul, apoi sa mergeti in camera in care v-au fost indroduse datele in calculator, sa precizati ca ati mai fost inscris o data, si la ce calculator, cineva o sa va caute dosarul principal (acela cu toate actele) si va pastra bonul valoric nou(toate bonurile trebuie sa se afle in dosarul-mama). Introduceti din nou optiunile pentru examen, o sa va scoata o noua fisa de inscriere, o semnati din nou, si nu uitati ca mai trebuie sa primiti o legitimatie de concurs!

Cam asta ar fi tot. Sper ca v-am lamurit. Bafta multa!

Es va realitzar un taller infantil de construcció de cases de cartró, l'intercanvi d'experiències amb entitats d'immigrants, el dinar, el concert d'un cantautor i la xerrada, tots ells actes prevists. L'aparició de la pluja va obligar l'AHDS a suspendre la resta d'actes prevists. Tot i els inconvenients deguts al clima, des de l'AHDS tenim la voluntat de realitzar la resta d'actes prevists tan bon punt ens sigui possible.

Oricum, notarea asta abstracta matematica mi-a chinuit intotdeauna creierii. Cand vezi o formula numai cu litere grecesti in loc de cifre, de unde poti ghici ca e matematica si nu  literatura veche, de exemplu? E.. mi-au trebuit 4 ani de facultate, dar am aflat si misterul asta: te uiti dupa semne si paranteze. Daca vezi un +, un = sau vreo trei paranteze drepte urmate de una rotunda, cam in felul asta: [[[(δ^2/ζ! - 3*μ/2*δ) * 20^ζ/2*δ] / (ν+1/2)! + ε] - ζ^3 + ε] + 3*ε^2 atunci nu-ti mai faci griji, sigur nu e un citat din Aristotel (Ἀριστοτέλης sau Aristotélēs).

Dar ziceam ca de-acum e la vale, in titlu, si zic ca explic si de ce prealuminatei audiente care n-are chef oricum sa auda nici de formule matematice, nici de Aristotel si nici de epsiloni sau de ce ! (semnul exclamarii) inseamna factorial si nu mirare ca ce cauta literele alea acolo asa pe nepusa masa.

Am depus actele la starea civila, azi dimineata. Deci gata, nu mai sunt dubii, chiar vrem sa ne casatorim, in fata primarului urbei noastre dragi. N-a fost o gluma, chiar urmeaza nunta... in 11 zile. De unde si aia cu Zet minus 11. Va prinseserati voi de la inceput si nu era nevoie sa va explic, dar cum era sa-l bag pe Aristotel in discutie altfel?  :)

E cineva interesat ce acte trebuie?

-cerere de inscriere prin care se solicita deschiderea Cartii funciare individuale.(2 ex.);

-documentatie de cadastru in original (se intocmeste de un expert autorizat); documentatia ramane la biroul de Carte Funciara;

-acte de proprietate în original (copie legalizata la notar), cum ar fi:

- acte autentice (vanzare, donatie, mostenire, schimb, intretinere, etc.);

- acte cu ICRAL sau alte institutii + proces verbal; contract de construire + proces verbal;

- titlu de proprietate + proces verbal;

- sentinta judecatoreasca cu mentiune definitiva si irevocabila (3 ex.) + dispozitia primarului si procesul verbal (unde este cazul);

-orice alte acte care atesta dreptul de proprietate ( H.G. certificate de atestare, autorizatie de construire + proces verbal de receptie, etc.);

-dovada achitarii integrale a pretului imobilului (daca exista);

-se intocmeste o cerere (in 2 exemplare) din partea Asociatiei de proprietari (locatari), semnata si stampilata de administrator, prin care se solicita deschiderea Cartii funciare colective si atribuirea numarului cadastral.

-certificatul fiscal pentru intabulare (de la Directia de Impozite si Taxe);

-taxa de timbru - (la CEC sau Trezorerie);

-timbru judiciar - (de la posta);

Prima vanzare a unui apartament intr-un bloc de locuinte poate solicita un consum destul de mare de resurse financiare si de timp, dupa aceea insa o vanzare se va putea face mult mai repede, pe baza unui certificat fiscal si a extrasului de carte funciara, certificate care se pot obtine intr-un timp relativ scurt.

Dupa deschiderea Cartii funciare colective (a blocului), cu ocazia vanzarii unui alt apartament, nu vor mai fi necesare planul de incadrare in zona si memoriul tehnic justificativ.

2.ACTE NECESARE PENTRU EXTRAS DE CARTE FUNCIARA

-cerere;

-copie xerox de pe actul de proprietate;

-copie xerox de pe incheierea de intabulare;

-certificatul fiscal de la D.T.I.L. in original si copie valabil 48 ore;

-taxa de timbru achitata la C.E.C.sau Trezorerie;

-timbru judiciar;

-copie de pe B/I sau C/I;

3.ACTE NECESARE PENTRU STABILIRE IMPOZIT CLADIRI (PUNERE PE ROL)

-declaratie impunere tip;

-act dobandire imobil (contract vanzare -cumparare; donatie; hotarare judecatoreasca, proces - verbal adjudecare, partaj etc);

-schita imobil sau schita cadastrala, releveu etc;

-act identitate (xerox si original pentru conformitate);

Declararea proprietatii trebuie declarata in 30 zile, daca nu sunt declarate in termen sau nu sunt declarate se vor plati amenzi.

4.ACTE NECESARE PENTRU INTOCMIREA DOCUMENTATIEI CADASTRALE

Este obligatoriu la orice act de instrainare a unui bun imobiliar (Legea cadastrului nr.7 - 1996)

Se realizeaza de catre un expert tehnic pentru lucrari cadastrale autorizat de Oficiul National pentru cadastru, Geodezie si Cartografiedeclaratie tip;

Expertul tehnic autorizat relizeaza documentatia tehnica cadastrala pe care o depune la Oficiul Judetean de Cadastru, Geodezie si Cartografie(OJCGC).

Dosarul depus la OJCGC (pentru apartamente) trebuie sa cuprinda:

-cerere tip in care se solicita atribuirea unui numar cadastral provizoriu care cuprinde:

-numele si domiciliul solicitantului;

-obiectul inscrierii;

-indicarea actelor in baza carora se face cererea;

-localitatea unde este situat imobilul;

-numarul cadastral;

-numarul de carte funciara;

-fisa bunului imobil;

-schita apartamentului la scara 1:100 sau 1:50 realizat de expertul cadastral;

-planul de amplasament si delimitarea bunului imobil la scara 1:500,1:1000 sau 1:2000 cand este cazul;

-copie dupa actului de proprietate al apartamentului;

-copie dupa actul de identitate al proprietarului;

-declaratie pe proprie raspundere a proprietarului, privind identificarea si individualizarea limitelor bunului masurat;

-memoriu tehnic intocmit de expertul cadastral cand este cazul;

OJCGC - verifica si avizeaza documentatia, o returneaza expertului tehnic sau solicitantului (3-4 sapatamani sau regim urgenta - 1 saptamana);

5.ACTE NECESARE PENTRU INCHIRIERE SUPRAFETE CU DESTINATIE DE LOCUINTA

-dosar cu sina;

-3 formulare "Contract de inchiriere";

-2 declaratii tip;

-copie xerox B/I,C/I cu C.N.P.si adresa de domiciliu a proprietarului;

-copie xerox de pe actul de proprietate;

-copie xerox pentru chirias B/I ,C/I ,Pass;

-timbre fiscale;

6.ACTE NECESARE PENTRU INCHIRIERE SUPRAFETE CU ALTA DESTINATIE DECAT ACEEA DE LOCUINTA

-dosar cu sina;

-3 formulare "Contract de Inchiriere";

-2 declaratii tip;

-copie xerox B/I,C/I cu C.N.P.si adresa de domiciliu a proprietarului;

-acordul Asociatiei de Locatari;

-copie xerox de pe Certificatul de Inmatriculare si Codul Fiscal;

-timbre fiscale;

- certificat fiscal de la circa financiara (atesta ca nu este ipotecat sau in litigii)

- certificat de scoatere din circuitul agricol, daca nu este in oras

Ce te asteapta pe tine:

- intabulare si cadastru

- alipirea, daca iei doua bucati cu proprietari diferiti (cum am luat eu :D) si din nou cadastru si intabulare

- certificat de urbanism si restul actelor pentru constructie (coming soon)

Ca idee, in jur de 40 milioane (anul de gratie 2008) mai costa notarul, in momentul cumpararii si actele de dupa. Preturile la notar depind suprafata si valoarea terenului
