In this World of information technology, infinite visitors often browse through the major search engine to get the hold of a relevant content. And so, in order to thrive well in a competition of an online business community, good search engine placement is of a great essence.

Top search engine placement = High traffic = More Return On Investment (ROI). Hence, it will enrich your business’ bottom-line to an extent. On the way to improve search engine placement of yours', dwell on these three key elements. Those are: Well formatted Keyword Phrases, Link Building and Rich Content.

Keyword: Maintaining a good keyword density is one of the effective means for improving the search engine placement. Use of low-competition keyword phrases in the website content as well as in HTML Code will be of great assistance to search engines in determining the relevant content related to the specific search terms.

Make sure that you place your target & strategic keywords in a vital place of your web pages. The page title is most important. So, take care that you pay heed over that place. Have them also appear in the first paragraph of your web page as well.

Avoid dumping of keywords on your web page as surplus use of keywords won’t make your website list higher in the search engine rather it will make your site appear spam. Hence, avoid inclusion of the excessive use of keyword phrases.

Link: Link building, reciprocal linking, one-way linking, and multi-site linking in a website are of tremendous importance for the reason, they make the website search-friendly and help enormously in getting the traffic from the relevant sites which is essential for attaining a better search engine placement.

The more you get the quality inbound links, the more your site will scale better in the search engine. Link exchange is one of the most effective internet market strategy one can pursue. Hence, on the way to make numerous links approach to your website, exchange your links with the other website.

The other strategy to get a better search engine placement is to involve the building of a one way backlinks to your website. You need to do constant link building on a daily-basis. You can put up backlinks to your website via article marketing, blog trackbacks, blog comments, forum posts, and online press releases.

Response to Caroline's VOGUE India:

I agree that the ad does represent art, however, I feel as if Ms. Tanna should have been much more sensitive to the backlash. Also, I disagree with the comment that the backlash would be less severe in America. It seems that the ad would receive more criticism especially since their are many people in our country who are sick of our obsessions with unimportant luxuries, like expensive designer clothing. However, if there was another spread using American models, I would be interested to see how we would react.

Since I'm bored and my friends suck so I'm not going out with them again tonight after last night's BOX SHOPPING. (see my earlier post with pictures even)

The majority of you are very upset that I have heeded the warnings of the jfrocks.com peeps and jeff Fiorentino and halted my saga of him and Dana Barron going into bars around the country. A holiday road of bars of sorts I suppose.

Even some Dana Barron fans have chimed in and said they want to see if I can get Jeff to mention me on a guitar video. I believe the quotes if you read the comments I've approved through the blog entries were to the effect of, "Don't give into Jeff's demands we enjoy your entries."

OK 746 views on my last blog entry, that's not bad. Obviously I have readers. Now that I have your attention I hope for more this evening. So let's have a vote shall we?

As some of you may have noticed I have started approving some of your comments. I had about 200 in my unapproved box. I have decided that it's time for my Peeps (that's you my readers) to speak. I'm sorry for not allowing the comments before and only quoting from them I guess I'm a control freak.

I have not allowed all of them, I've selected a varied bunch, some for me, and some against me. Some even angry fans of Jeff Fiorentino's that want me to stop bothering their Rock and Roll Guru. 200 is a bit much so I've allowed about 25 or so. All that is going to changee starting NOW!

From here on, I will APPROVE ALL comments, good or bad, against me or for me. You write it I'll approve it. This is a vote. In fact I may even shut off the approval and just let you peeps my trusted readers post at will. We'll try that and see if it gets abused or not.

My peeps (that's all of you) are gonna vote.

Our topic is:

Do I listen to the jfrocks.com peeps, heed their warning, and stop sending Jeff and Dana to bars together?

Or do we let it ride and see if old Sammie here can get on that video.

Well should I or shouldn't I? Do you, my peeps, want to continue to have our fun and get Jeff to plug my blog and me on one of his videos. Or should we call it a day and agree to his demands. The worst that he can do me is I'll be banned from jfrocks.com. I'll just get a new computer and I'll be able to get back in right?! Who knows, who cares, like I said it's a quest at this point.

What I do know for a fact is this: Guitarist Jeff Fiorentino and Actress Dana Barron walked into a bar in Memphis and the Bartender said,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, shall I finish it? You tell me!!!!!!!!!! It's a good one too.

Let the voting begin.

xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo
Letting my peeps call the shots
And loving the attentionSamantha

WOW!!! The response to last night’s blog entry about Dark Bars, Actress Dana Barron, Guitar

WOW!!! The response to last night's blog entry about Dark Bars, Actress Dana Barron, Guitarist Jeff Fiorentino, and scummy men that hit on me was ASTOUNDING!

As I've said already I don't like posting comments, although I did post one from the "Divorce or not to Divorce" blog entry, but that was a special blog entry for a good friend of mine's benefit. This is different, it's for my benefit so that Jeff Fiorentino will mention me on his next video. It's a quest I guess. Yeah that's it, it's a quest. A quest to be mentioned. And god help us all if I'm not mentioned. :) ha ha

As an update on the Dana Barron Jeff Fiorentino walking into a bar saga. I wonder how long Jeff Fiorentino will let me bug him in my blog and pair him up with Dana Barron and Nyquil in bars until he finally just mentions me on one of his videos. I have a VERY STRONG suspicion that the gang at jfrocks.com know I'm here and are none to happy with me at the moment. Vacatisms.com seems to be down, and I'm willing to be that's part of them trying to get rid of me in some way.

The good news is I have NOT been banned in Jeff's online guitar forum yet, so I can still post there. I usually only post there as a fan and I don't think they know my username in their forum anyways so I should be ok. Too bad Dana Barron hasn't got a forum. I would totally sign up for that. We'll have to start doing more with Dana Barron later on going forward.

But for now hey what ever!!! I want my mention on Jeff's video and that's my quest, so I must plug along at this until I get it. A girl has to get what she wants right?!

OK so as far as the comments I got about last night's blog entry, let me address a few of them here.

1. Pam wrote: Do you really think Jeff will mention you on a video? And what does Dana Barron have to do with any of it?

A. No Pam I don't, but I hope he will. WHAT DOES DANA BARRON HAVE TO DO WITH ANY OF THIS. (have you not been paying attention Pam.) Let me recap * There's a couple things. I'm a Vacation freak. Dana played my favorite character in Vacation so I think she's awesome. Jeff has a tie in to Vacation through his dad and also his current sound engineer who's the cause of Jeff's Metallic Pea guitar and the whole Vacatisms thing in the first place. The Vactisms thing by the was covered already here in this blog in other entries and our original Dana Barron Jeff Fiorentino walk into a bar entry which is what started the whole saga in the first place.

Besides, I can't very well have Jeff Fiorentino going to bars alone. He might as well go with someone even more awesome than him, and that's Dana Barron. Although I'm sure Jeff's a better guitarist than Dana. ha ha ;)

2. Mark (second time commenter) wrote: Who else will you pair Jeff up with in your blog? A. I don't know, I haven't thought that far ahead yet. But I'll probably change the topic but keep him with Dana Barron because of the Vacatisms thing. The comments I get from my readers are too funny. This is a hot topic, I'll hate to see it go if he does grant my wish.

3. Mark wrote again: Are you nuts? A. Nope. Quite sane and friendly. No danger will come to anyone. This all freedom of speech and obsessed fan demands. Jeff can choose to not grant my wish if he likes. But I will, as I said last night just get weirder and weirder with my JF DB saga blog entries.

4. Jenny wrote: Did you get a reply from the guy that thought that Dana Barron was dead that you called an idiot?A. Yes! He did reply to my blog entry and I think he felt burnt to say the least. How dare he babble on about how he's gonna educate me or set me straight. Dummy got his Danas mixed up and was arrogant about it. Dumb and arrogant, that's a bad combo peeps.

Well that's it for tonight. I gots to go. I'm meeting my two friends that were arguing in my "Playing both sides of the fence" blog entry that you all know and love. We're meeting for drinks. Great, another trip to a bar. Oh well, I'm sure it'll make for some more funny blog entries. I'll try to find some more joke sites for everyone too and post em' up.

xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo
Is that the best you got jfrocks.com staff - shutting down Vacatisms.com
Awww that's so cute ;) xoxo - love you guys, now put me in a video!! :)

I recently approve a couple of comments that had been posted on one of my blogs. There were four that were left by a certain individual and I only approved two. I rejected the other two because they weren't immediately applicable to the post and read like they were pulled from a prepared document of some sort.

I don't mind if someone post something that they have written before or something that they found inspirational, but I would ask that you at least briefly comment on it and why you felt it was appropriate for the post. I won't approve anything that has nothing to do with the post to which it is attached. I would also like to take a moment to say that while I will approve almost any comment, these comments don't necessarily reflect my views or opinions.

My hope in allowing comments (and for this blog in general) is that people express themselves, their struggles and encourage one another through a process that is long, difficult and painful. Keep this idea in mind as you post and read what others have posted.

Peace,

RoboForm - for directory submission, business listing, classified ads, etc.

Along with them, Link Building Resources are also important - article submission, directory submission, business listing, forum posting, classified ads, press releases, blog comments, blogging, Yahoo answers, etc.
Q: How to get one-link direct ways from relevant pages with minimum PR?

A: There are various ways to create one-way links such as directory submission, article submission, blog comments, forum postings, business listings, social bookmarking, etc.

Q: What is your strategy to getting relevant blog comment links (ie. direct links from indexed pages where nofollow is not used)?

A: For blog comments, I look for Google Blog Search to get relevant blogs of good page rank and then post comments related to the topic.

Q: How many social bookmarking accounts do you use?

A: 70 social bookmarking accounts for onne way links is a good start.

Q: How do you find relevant blogs where the pages have PR and do not use nofollow tags?

A: I prefer Google Blog Search (especially for blog searching) to get relevant blogs of good page ranks without any no follow tages.

American Bloggers Abuse their Freedom of Speech

While 58 Reasons to Hate America is simply reporting the facts many blogs and bloggers are abusing their freedom of speech.

In America everything is messed up. The country which consists of a dysfunctional mess of people of all different ethnicities, beliefs, religions and economic groups has rogue information providers writing blogs all over the internet which has become one of the major news sources for people all over the world.

The problem with these blogs is the writers are often anonymous. You don't know if a doctor, rocket scientist or complete retard is writing them. Even though bloggers exist across the world, American bloggers are by far the worst.

American bloggers write meaningless garbage for the purpose of selling meaningless products which make meaningless money to support their drug and eating habits. Most bloggers are fat and disturbing pigs who sit at their computer all day masturbating to internet pornography and contributing to forums by being trolls.

American bloggers think they know something and are likely uneducated in the subject matter. If they had any formal education they wouldn't be blogging but working a legitimate job.

The fact that any complete moron with no education or experience in whichever field they choose to blog about makes bloggers one of 58 reasons to hate America.

If you're writing a blog and no one comments, does it make a sound?

Well, not a sound. But you know what I mean. I just feel a bit like nobody's listening to me. Which might be OK -- except I feel that way a lot. Like when I say to my kids, "time to brush your teeth," walk them to the bathroom, put their toothbrushes in their hands, and come back five minutes later to find them sitting on the floor playing Monopoly, toothbrushes abandoned, breath as rancid as a dead fish on a hot dock. Or when I say, for the bazillionth time, "put your clothes in the hamper" only to watch my son walk by his pants, crumpled in a heap on the floor, on his way to grab a toy off his shelf. There are my constant, unheard admonitions to sit at the dinner table, hang up their coats, stop yelling, do your homework. It's endless. No wonder they don't hear me. I wouldn't want to listen to that all day.

My husband doesn't hear me either. I'll say to him, "I bumped into your friend Ted today." and he'll answer "You bumped your head on some hay?" which doesn't even make sense.

I actually set him for a hearing test. The doctor laughed and told him that innumerable men get sent to him by their wives.

Of course Hubby's hearing was fine. He's not deaf, he's just ignoring me, to borrow a well-known t-shirt saying. There's actually a song with that title, but nobody listens to it. (some four-letter lyrics - clicker beware)

If I ignored my kids as much as they ignore me, I'd be called in for child abuse. Can you imagine? "Mommy, mommy, can I please have some water?" And I'd just walk right by the fridge on my way to the Barney's Warehouse sale. Or "Mommy, Mommy, I think I broke my leg!" and I'd just smile vaguely on my way to the gym. That'd show 'em.

They listen when I read to them. I'm like the Jim Dale of Mommies - with a voice for every character. That gets their attention. So maybe that's it. Maybe I should put on an Irish brogue when I tell them to clear their plate, a French accent when I want them to drink their milk, a southern twang when it's time to turn off the tv. I'll be the Meryl Streep of nagging. I think I'll try it. Hey, whatever works, right?

I'll let you know how it works out.

Idea for New Interactive Commenting Tool

As far as blogs go, comments are key to having dynamic content. For the author, it gives you a chanc

As far as blogs go, comments are key to having dynamic content. For the author, it gives you a chance to see what others think of your writing and helps you see another viewpoint. For the viewer, it allows you to express concern, agreement, or another argument to what you are reading. It's a win-win for all!

So why haven't new tools been developed to make blog commenting even more interactive? What about allowing viewers to comment directly within the blog post? For example, say I have an argument I want to discuss for one specific line within the author's text. Currently, you need to start a new comment and this comment will be shown at the bottom of the page. Allowing comments within the blog post could pop up comments as a note when you hover over specific words predetermined by the commenter. I'm thinking something similar to Adobe Acrobat's text editor feature, which will give future readers a "real-time" conversation between the author and the readers.

I did a quick search to see if there were currently any interesting commenting tools out there, and I came up with one called BackType.

For example, you can put together a list of the people whose comments you want to see, and then check out the blog post they commented on. Or you can search for comments by people, keywords, exact phrases and dates.

It's an interesting concept, but I don't know how often I would use it. I think people typically search by topic instead of by day or commenter, but maybe there are certain instances where this would be helpful.

Marketing types, and I'll generously include myself in this group, like to talk about 'the conversation' and 'the dialogue' between consumers and brands. I try to read a variety of marketing/branding/PR/Advertising blog and have noticed something: Many of the blogs have very few comments. Here's a very unscientific survey - I looked at the front page of several blogs, looked at the number of posts and the total number of comments:

PSFK: Posts:36, Comments: 57 (Avg. # comments per post: 1.58)

Brand Autopsy: Posts: 30, Comments: 192 (Avg. # comments per post: 6.4)

Influential Marketing Blog: Posts 10, Comments: 36 (Avg. # comments per post: 3.6)

Murketing: Posts 15, Comments: 7 (Avg. # comments per post: .47)

Grant McCracken: Posts 14, Comments 65 (Avg. # comments per post: 4.64)

Eyecube: Posts 10, Comments 7 (Avg. # comments per post: .7)

Online Marketer Blog: Posts 5, Comments 24 (Avg. # comments per post: 4.8)

Again, this is a rather arbitrary analysis. I think all of the above are super smart people who all have a different approach and style.

Let's take a look at the Top five blogs on the AdAge Power 150 to see what that looks like under the same litmus test:

Seth Godin: N/A, doesn't host comments on site.

Search Engine Land: Posts: 20, Comments: 8 (Avg. # comments per post: .4)

Copyblogger: Posts: 6, Comments: 241(Avg. # comments per post: 40.17)

Search Engine Watch: N/A

Adrants: Posts: 25, Comments: 34 (Avg. # comments per post: 1.36)

So it seems that having a robust comment system isn't a particular help nor hindrance.

Now, as a contrast I'm going to take a look at two websites I really enjoy that aren't directly related to marketing/branding/PR/Advertising:

The Sartorialist: Posts: 40, Comments: 3477 (Avg. # comments per post: 86.92)

Arsenal America: Posts: 10, Comments: 800 (Avg. # comments per post: 80.00)

*Note - I'm the founder of Arsenal America.

Pretty striking difference, huh? Now, obviously this doesn't take quality of comments into account, but let's assume all of the above have their fair share of dross as well as intelligent commentary. Is the online marketing community missing something here?

Would a marketing blog consisting only of photos engender more community-based dialogue?

Would a blog focusing on the marketing of a specific sports team generate robust, passionate discussion?

Are we all so busy blogging ourselves that we don't have the time to fully engage in online conversation with our peers?

Lots of questions, I'd love to hearing your thoughts, so please leave a comment!

I HONESTLY WANT TO KNOW YOUR OPINION, DO YOU THINK LEAVING NEGATIVE COMMENTS ON BLOGS IS THERAPY FOR A LOT OF PEOPLE?

After reading many other blogs who I feel are nothing but positive energy, I've come to realize that these blogs seem to be suckers for negative comments. As humans, we all know that anyone who spends time out of their day to comment on a blog with negative things for no reason has either too much time on their hands or some serious self hate going on. Then I got to thinking, and I figured this may serve as therapy for the faceless individuals who have decided to be so bold in words in my comment box and the comment boxes of others but have lacked this audacity when it comes to posting their pictures.

I can just picture these ugly users with faceless avatars sitting their at their computer thinking about how bad their life is and then going to someone else's blog and investing their dear sweet time to spread hatred instead of love. Well I say if you want to spread hatred, keep it in front of your mirror where it is contagious to you and only you. Everyone in the world knows the worst kept secret which is that only ugly people talk smack about other people. When I say this I mean ugly as far as appearance goes, but when you discover their personality you realize that it is even uglier. Dare I say ugly enough to make one throw up the contents within their stomach at an unbelievable speed?

To further add to my theory, these individuals who were once beautiful until proven ugly probably have no friends of their own and hate the life they live. Why else would someone else waste so much time online leaving negative comments and never having anything positive to say? I am a true believer that if you constantly talk about how you hate someone else that you hate yourself and are jealous of the individual who you refuse to admit that you furiously loathe. Another reason that lead me to this theory is that these negative comment leavers are well...just plain old dumb. Do these bold bloggers with no face realize how stupid they look leaving such hatred while they don't show any picture of themselves? Then again, this may show just how smart they are because if they did post their picture they would be the ones receiving negative comments for their appearance.

So to conclude this post, I believe that leaving negative comments on blogs and websites is a form of free therapy for individuals who suffer from mental disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, body dismorphic disorder, and stress just to name a few. I feel sorry and hope that these people will receive the bonafide therapy that is needed for their idiotic tendencies and I pray to God that they will not get a beat down for their negativity although I would enjoy seeing that to be perfectly honest with you. I once again feel sorry for these people that are truly ugly by nature inside and out and my prayers are with these sorry, sorry bold tongued individuals who are actually far from bold in their nonexistent display pictures.
