Bharatbook.com is proud to announce the new report “LPG Trades & Shipping:Global Prospects to 2018” provides the…..

This major new Report provides invaluable independent analysis on the future development prospects for all aspects of the LPG sector. It represents the most up-todate and comprehensive examination of the LPG shipping industry, and is essential reading for all parties with an interest in this sector.

• The LPG sector has seen considerable development in recent years, leading to a current high level of market uncertainty over the real future prospects :

• LPG consumption has increased by an estimated 15% since 2000, with continued growth in demand world-wide, with particular expansion in the Chinese and Indian markets. At the same time, seaborne LPG trades have expanded by 29% since 2000.

• The LPG vessel fleet has expanded by over 19% during this time frame – this increase has been buoyed by the forecast growth in demand for LPG and rising freight rates.

• After large-scale rate escalation in 2004-05, freight rates increased further in 2006, to some of the highest levels recorded since the early 1990s.

• The expansion of the fleet is forecast to take on a new dimension in the near future, as a large number of vessels currently under construction are delivered. The current orderbook stands at 48% of fleet capacity.

• The future of LPG demand is still in the balance. US demand has slowed, as has Japanese and South Korean demand. This is in parallel with increasing LNG imports in these markets. Chinese and Indian LPG imports might also be affected in the future by increased imports of LNG.

• Large-scale fleet expansion will more than compensate for the obsolescence of a significant volume of old vessels. The impact of so many new vessels could have dramatic and significant implications on the LPG shipping market. This detailed Report examines the outlook for all aspects of the LPG carrier market throughout the period to 2018, through in-depth analysis of recent/current developments and extensive future forecasts.Included in the Report are detailed analyses and forecasts in the areas of:

• Trade volumes and patterns;

• Fleet development (incl. newbuilding and scrapping);

• Vessel operating costs;

• Vessel freight rates;

• Vessel demand and supply;

• Vessel profitability.

Building relationships is the most important part of marketing. If you can go into a place, establish rapport and become friends with everyone, you'll have it made. They'll love to send business your way since they know their customers will be taken care of.

The next most important part is integrity. Don't promise people things you can't deliver. All that does is cause headaches. Clients won't use you if you continually drop the ball.

If you're in the business world, even with minimal business sense, I'm sure you know integrity is important. Go out there and charm everyone with your personality, do what you say you'll do, and success is yours.

As far as I know, there are only a few official colors for the Fusiion V and these shots above are not one of them. And I really don't think brand new Jordan Fusions V's would cost 59.99 (hey, what happened to the well over used 79.99? lol) but nevertheless the question is Are These Fakes?

I actually don't know if Jordan will come out with this colorway for the ladies and for grade school... but selling these Fusions for 54.99 makes me think this 150 dollar shoe is actually fake. I am not good at picking out fakes. I look for simple things like tags, numbers and quality. But I guess even that can be faked too but most fakers don't even bother to do that stuff.

So anyway the question is Are These Fakes? (as if you don't already know).

THALHEIM, Germany — This sad stretch of eastern Germany, with its deserted coal mines and corroded factories, epitomizes post-industrial gloom. It is a place where even the clouds rarely seem to part.

Yet the sun was shining here the other day — and nowhere more brightly than at Q-Cells, a German company that surpassed Sharp last year to become the world’s largest maker of photovoltaic solar cells. Q-Cells is the main tenant among a flowering cluster of solar start-ups here in an area known as Solar Valley.

Thanks to its aggressive push into renewable energies, cloud-wreathed Germany has become an unlikely leader in the race to harness the sun’s energy. It has by far the largest market for photovoltaic systems, which convert sunlight into electricity, with roughly half of the world’s total installations. And it is the third-largest producer of solar cells and modules, after China and Japan.

The container port and terminal business is changing rapidly. Against a background of globalisation-driven rapid demand growth, the sector has been attracting massive new inward investment - both from operating companies and external investors.

This means that the pressures on terminal operations and development strategies are changing very rapidly. In addition, the general political environment within which terminals are operated is becoming much more environmentally sensitive. All these factors combine to place very great pressures on the sector.

This new study - prepared from the perspectives of both objective economic appraisal and from operations - defines the issues that will determine the correct strategies for terminal development in the coming period.

The study includes a review of :
The major trends shaping the market and the implications for port and terminal development

Forecast demand growth by region and type

The impact of new industry structures

An analysis of productivity and regional trends

A definition of changes in the terminal market place

An analysis of port-wide service and cost levels - the true position

The effects of emerging new rules and regulations

Tendering approaches to container terminals

A guide to reducing the environmental impact and congestion levels in container terminals

OSC, and our associates, have unrivalled expertise in the container terminal sector and can bring together objective economic appraisal of demand growth with specific experience in the fields of terminal marketing, operations and development.

Key specialists in these fields have prepared this study and it is designed as a tool for those involved in developing and positioning existing and greenfield ports and container terminals.

Bharatbook.com released the market report “Containerport Markets in the Middle East & South As

Bharatbook.com released the market report “Containerport Markets in the Middle East & South Asia to 2020 ” that provides information related to the various companies and sectors around the world.

Containerport demand growth in the Middle East and South Asia has accelerated in recent years. Strong oil prices have boosted trade in the Middle East, whilst a measure of deregulation and investment has generated strong economic growth and rapid expansion in containerport demand in South Asia.

Whilst demand is very strong in India, despite ongoing investment, the capabilities of its ports and terminals remain limited, and the connectivity of these facilities with major hinterland markets is under mounting pressure. Major investment will be needed to accommodate anticipated growth, and coping with congestion will require a transformation of terminal productivity. The availability of regional transshipment facilities in meeting Indian subcontinent demand will be vital.

In the Gulf, by contrast, investment in new container facilities is running at very high levels, with oil wealth being directed into intense infrastructure programmes. Here, the danger may be of overcapacity. The development of new terminals must be correctly phased to match actual demand.

Aside from these issues, the integration of the region into the major east-west trades continues to drive demand.

This new study from OSC analyses both import/export and transshipment markets. It provides forecasts of regional containerport demand to 2020, based on expected economic expansion and the anticipated growth of transshipment. An "increased-risk" scenario is included to reflect the possibility of protectionist measures or other shock to trade brought about by concern about the US trade deficit and indebtedness.

The overall outlook is, nevertheless, for strong long-term demand growth, based on regional economic expansion and increasing transshipment.

The major regions covered in this study are:

Middle East:

Arabian Gulf / Gulf of Oman

Arabian Sea / Gulf of Aden

Red Sea.

South Asia:

India

Sri Lanka

Pakistan

Bangladesh.

On the supply side, current investment projects and plans are reviewed in detail. The resultant prospective development of port capacity is quantified to 2015. This provides the basis for comparing demand and supply, in order to identify potential surplus capacity or shortfalls. The level of capacity utilisation will indicate the likely direction of container handling prices.

Container port productivity is analysed by country or seaboard, in terms of TEUs per metre of container quay, and TEUs per quayside container gantry crane.

The research report “Dairy India (For Foreign Customers)” provides the…..

A handy desktop reference sourcebook, Dairy India 2007 presents an in-depth profile of the emerging dairy scenario. What the Indian dairy industry needs and what it has to offer is the main theme. Also presented are market trends and investment prospects that this dynamic industry offers in abundance. The assessments and projections given provide the basis for planning by dairymen, nationally and internationally. It is widely consulted for locating new markets and sources of supply of inputs and services. Dairy India is recognized as the standard work of reference for professionals in every sector of dairying. A new Section, Dairy Asia, providing coverage of the Asian dairy scene has been introduced.

THE BIGGEST ABOUT THE BIGGEST

India now has indisputably the world's biggest dairy industry—at least in terms of milk production; last year India produced close to 100 million tonnes of milk, 15% more than the US and three times as much as the much-heralded new growth champ, China. Appropriately, India also produces the biggest directory or encyclopaedia of any world dairy industry.

The best way to increase the value of these contact points is to increase efforts taken for research & development or innovation that would improve the inherent technology. However, the market that we face today replicates technology easily such that any Wowability created is easily eroded. Thus, to maintain the Wowability that a brand has, it has to tap into other groups of contact points to gain a stronger hold on its Wowability. But having said that functional contact points are essential. Some of the more generic functional contact points include features, quality, convenience, and even location. Brands need to understand this group of contact points and how to create Wow points out of them.

From Daryle Lambert's 31 Club Blog

What a great radio show I had with Auctionwally. I have been answering the phone ever since. In this increasingly more difficult economy, people are beginning to listen more closely to what we are saying, and discovering it makes great sense and might be a solution for their financial dilemmas.

Our Member, William called the show, and I was so glad to hear from him. He is eager to be the winner of the 31 Club race to the million dollars. We speak with one another often on the phone or by e-mail, and he is learning at a very quick pace. Being a newcomer to this industry, he wasn’t sure how long it would take to master the skills for success. But, he simply went out, on perhaps, his first treasure hunting venture and promptly purchased a painting for $40. We’ve discovered it has a retail value of $3,500. Not bad for a newbie.

This is exactly why I make every effort to preview the paintings before I go to an auction or even a house sale if I am able. I can learn more about it and make an offer or bid based on knowledge. I truly believe that it is in the area of paintings that you can find the one treasure that can change the way you are living. So often, I’ve found that sellers do not have the resources to truly evaluate a painting. This can apply to individual sellers or auction houses. If they don’t subscribe to an art service, but only depend on book guides like “Davenports”, they may come no where near the true value of the painting they’re trying to sell.

Let’s go to the call I got yesterday from our member, Cecil R. and use this as an example to see how this kind of thing plays out. A friend of Cecil’s, who knew he had an interest in paintings, called him to tell him about two Charles Partridge Adams paintings up for sale through an auction house in Owensboro, Kentucky. In the Davenport’s guide, Adams is listed, but the price for his works are moderate. When we went to a service like Ask Art, we found that within the last month or so, a small oil on canvas of his sold for $12,000.

So, now you’ve got two paintings by Charles Partridge Adams listed in the local paper, and I’m fairly certain they were listed in the Antique Trader as well. Wouldn’t it seem like everyone, including their aunt and uncle, would know these were being sold and would surely show up and outbid a newbie? Well, everyone must’ve stayed away thinking that these fine paintings would surely sell for more money than they were willing to spend, especially with the market for paintings being so strong. Yes, indeed, everybody stayed home, and this opened the door for Cecil, to snatch those two paintings for (drumroll………………………) $700 apiece!!! Cecil might just have made himself about $18,500 -- conservatively.

With that example, let me stress a couple of things. First, Don’t presume that just because a painting is listed in an estate sale ad or an auction ad, that it’s priced just right.

Second, consider that the name of the artist, alone, might keep many buyers away. Buyers will often stay away when they’ve had a “rational” conversation with themselves that goes something like this: “Since it was listed in the ad, everyone and their uncle will now know it’s for sale. So, there will be plenty of interested and capable buyers lined up to buy. They will all bid the painting up beyond my reach, so I’ll just stay home and not waste my time. In that way, I’ll save on gasoline and be able to sit on the couch and watch TV today, since it’s raining anyway.

Third, never presume that you know what is going to happen at a sale, whether auction or estate sale or house sale. You might be right, but – what if you’re not? What if you’re completely wrong, and you never even bothered to step foot out of the house?

Fourth, before you decide not to go at all, take my experience into your mind before you decide. You see, II have found that even when I’ve gone for a particular piece and it’s been bid up or priced higher than I’m willing to pay, I have usually stumbled upon other treasures that I would have missed, had I decided to stay home.
Your success will be based upon the number of items you have the opportunity to buy. So if you don't get out of the house to buy, your chances of success are very limited. Get out of that house. Your treasures are awaiting you.

New information is coming to the surface that implicates Comcast in blocking BitTorrent traffic on its network. This is bad enough on the surface, but it gets a triple badness score when you consider it told the FCC the contrary this past February.

Ben Scott, policy director of Free Press, said in a response: “Consumers have no reason left to trust their cable company. This independent study confirms that Comcast is still blocking its customers from using popular applications — despite the FCC’s investigation and widespread public outrage. And worse, the harmful practice appears to be spreading through the marketplace.”

After being pressured by the press and thousands of upset customers, Comcast has announced that it will stop targeting BitTorrent transfers, (somewhere in the future) and promised to invest in its network capacity. For the time being the company will continue to throttle BitTorrent users.

We have asked the FCC for a response, but they had not yet responded at time of going to press.

I have Comcast and hate them. Their TV sucks, they can't fix some of my HD channels (which really makes my new Samsung LN46A650 angry) and I know for a fact they throttle my BitTorrent traffic. As soon as I get a new place, I'm done with them if I have any say in the matter at all.

Shortcut to Getting PageRank Quickly for Free

The one thing that helps this blog to attain PR4 is the backlinks from http://wordpress.com/tag/….

In order to get these backlinks, you will need to categorize each of your posts. You will need to categorize your post according to the WordPress.com tags.

For example, I will put this post under the category of pagerank. When I do this, my blog post will be added to wordpress.com/tag/pagerank which is a PR5 web page. So I will get a PR5 backlink to this post.

And I will also put this post in the category of blogging. The page, wordpress.com/tag/blogging is PR7 and this new post very likely will be spidered by Googlebot within hours.

Earthquakes are devastating natural events. From the

Insure Your Business Against Earthquake Damage

Earthquakes are devastating natural events. From the business insurance point of view, earthquakes role the worst congenial of risk - the one that everyone "knows" is going to happen "someday." Earthquakes cannot be prevented or stopped. Building codes can be updated to lift protect buildings, but this has only helped in recent years. In the 1994 California Northridge earthquakes, insurers saw claims exceeding $12 Billion according to the California Department of Insurance. Even in the face of such gamble, at worst 12% of California homeowners purchase earthquake coverage.

Earthquakes are also regional events fixed to known liability zones. These are piercing risk areas, but can go decades with no activity. Out of sight, peripheral exhausted of mind - in 1996, 30% of California homeowners purchased earthquake protection, one decade later, that number has fallen to 12% straight though the risk is the same.

Because of the nature of the risk, insurers exclude and do not sufficient for earthquake losses tipsy standard residential or business assurance policies. This includes the standard vocation owners policy.

Because the losses of a new quake in populous California, the state has set close to up the California Earthquake Authority. Property and Casualty Insurers commit up to $1.3 billion for the fund. Californians salary more than half of all of the earthquake insurance premiums in the United States.

The Earthquake Endorsement
Earthquake coverage is purchased as an ratification to the standard business owners policy. The endorsement covers damage caused by shaking during an earthquake including structural edifice damages and the devastation to fortune. The endorsement obligation be purchased from the business insurer although California businesses can slip through the California Earthquake Authority for coverage.

As a Separate Policy
Earthquake insurance can be purchased as a separate policy. This makes sense for larger businesses seeking to save premiums blanket on their business protection coverage. However, for smaller businesses it may prove awkward - in the event of a loss - to make claims with separate insurers for damage. For example, ardent damage caused by a gas explosion is still a covered fire shrinkage - not an earthquake loss - but, the small business owner may submit the claim to the separate earthquake insurer. It would be easier to submit the claim to one insurer and have the insurer allocate the loss to fire or earthquake.

Costs and Deductible
Earthquake insurance is purchased as a premium per $1,000 of valuation. Premiums vary from location with the Western United States having premiums ten times as high as those in the Eastern United States. The premiums also take into account age of the buildings and types of structure with wood frame buildings being cheaper than brick and stone. The Insurance Information Institute states (using residential figures) premiums run thirty to sixty cents per $1,000 in the East, while similar coverage runs three to fifteen dollars per $1,000 in the West.

Earthquake insurance carries a percentage deductible ranging from 10 - 15%. This means if the business suffers an earthquake loss of $1 million, the business would be responsible for the first $100 - 150 thousand.

Other Business Policies That Cover Earthquake Losses
Other common business insurance policies may cover earthquake losses without additional endorsement:

Commercial Auto - Most standard commercial auto policies cover loss or damage from earthquakes. This can include damage from falling debris, fire, or other events.

Workers' Compensation - Injury to employees at off by earthquake effects is a covered loss under workers' compensation insurance.

Business Interruption - Some business interruption policies do not exclude earthquakes as covered events, but stoppage with your insurance professional.

If you do business in an at risk area (especially California or the West), you may scarceness to consider a separate earthquake policy or consider an endorsement adding such protection. This is one risk that you know will encounter someday.

The tough go shopping. Just as we were running out of steam on our Socratic dialogue on happiness, the Wall Street Journal weighs in on the joys of shopping.

A study to be published in the June edition of Psychological Science magazine found that research subjects who viewed a "sad" video of a boy mourning the death of his father offered to pay four times as much for an item than those who were shown a "neutral" nature video.

In other words, if you shop to fight depression, like Carrie Bradshaw in "Sex in The City", you are going to end up with a closet full of stuff you don't need.

Research shows that people often do get a high from shopping -- the brain releases chemicals such as dopamine or serotonin when a person is stimulated by discovering something new, such as a handbag. In 2006, a paper in the American Journal of Psychiatry noted that a survey of 2,500 adults showed that 6% of women and 5.5% of men displayed symptoms consistent with a compulsive buying disorder.

Most of us enjoy beverages that come in Aluminium, & Glass. Fizzy beverages are too often seen on layouts, crushing scenery, hindering operations, and add to clutter, especially if they're abandoned by their owners after having been consumed. For the solution to a folding layout cupholder, go here: http://www.newrailmodels.com/Products/Accessories/CupHolder/Default.htm

What happens if cans have nowhere easy to go when you're done with them? Here's an interesting solution that the guys at the Niles club came up with: A can & bottle chute disguised as a scale gas storage tank!

You can use a small office trashcan for personal layouts, or for clubs, use a full-sized trashcan.

By taking all those pre-sorted cans to a recycling center, it will probably pay for itself in a couple of trips! Who would have guessed an industry on the layout could actually make you money?
