A few days ago Rocsi & Terrance were seen arguing on 106 & Park when suddenly Rocsi stormed off the set. Since the altercation Rocsi has been M.I.A, rumors began to spread that Rocsi was done and BET was in the process of looking for a new host.  Well, a Prolific source of ours has confirmed that the whole incedent was a hoax. Apparently Ms. Rocsi is currently on vacation in Europe with her boyfriend and the on air argument was nothing more then a prank. So there you have it Rocsi is very much still apart of 106 & Park and she should be returning any day now.

Estão vangloriando a criatividade (ele que bolou todo o Coringa, maquiagem, figurino, tudo), o caráter e blá blá blá. Toda aquela papagaiada clichê que a Academia adora. Mas ele, realmente, mereceu pelo Coringa dele.

So the Joker's new tag-line keeps ringing in my mind, as he constantly questions, "Why So Serious?" We have to be serious if we are to ever get anywhere in our Faith, Catholics that are wishy-washy are the reason the world is in its present state, if we are ever to fight Satan (the Joker), we have to seriously fight for what we believe in. But don't think it's an easy ride of just 'living the Faith,' Satan's war against us is never at an end, and he will constantly throw obstacles and hurts into our lives to try to divert us from God's Path. Satan is not just a little angel with horns, a forked tongue, and tail that goes about tempting us to sin, (indeed he does, as he did so to Our Lord in the desert,) but he is also a cunning beast who'll throw everything he can at us, since after all, what's he got to lose? (Of course God regulates the power of Satan. Not one hair shall fall from our head without God's knowing of it, so basically, everything Satan does is permitted by God. God never allows the impossible, only the difficult. An example of the constant heavy burden of undergoing spiritual attacks can be found in the Book of Job, which tells the story of how God allowed the Devil to deprive Job of all his possessions and all that he held dear, in order to turn him against God.)

Back to the parrallel of the Joker, we see that throughout the film, he is constantly working to bring Batman down, physically and emotionally. Through a series of his crimes, he manages to turn District Attorney Harvey Dent into a villain, by driving him to the edge of his mind by killing his love and destroying everything he worked to build. There was another part of the film I'd like to cite, but the wikipedia article was cleaned up a bit; but in scene, the Joker proclaims to the people of Gotham that he's in charge now. The people attempt to flee, but he tells them that he has a surprise waiting for them in the tunnel and on the bridge leading out of the city, so the people flock to two ferries to escape. But the Joker's sick mind has a surprise, the two boats have bombs on board each, with the remotes on the adjacent ships, he tells the people that if they don't blow up one the opposite boat themselves, that he'll destroy both boats himself with another remote.

We can see how his character is completely insane and embedded in evil, but we can also look at it as a demonic character. How many times does the devil enjoy pitting us against a loved one in family arguments and such, making us think we are in the right, yet in the end, both are wrong, as both people involved in the argument end up sinning? How many times does Satan throw obstacles and trials into our lives which often drive us to the edge of our minds/Faith? Testing our faithfulness to Christ amid the near insanity of our lives? In the end, it boils down to one question, "Did we let evil win?" Whether it be in temptations, trial, or any situation, do we give in to Satan's Pressure? Does the Joker/Satan, have the last laugh as we go to hell? Or do we persevere to the end?

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt of MTV "The Hills", were on The Tyra Banks Show and CONFIRMED the existence of the Lauren Conrad sex tape. Yes, that Lauren Conrad sex tape. Check out the video of Heidi and Spencer  confirming inside.

Tyra asked, and Heidi and Spencer were more than happy to emphatically confirm that the tape did exist at one point (even though Lauren Conrad denied she had a sex tape). Whether it exists now they couldn't say, and wouldn't, since apparently there is some kind of gag order in place.

Heidi said that Lauren's ex was trying to sell the tape, to which Spencer added that he would rather throw up than watch the tape.

I probably will catch a lot of slack for this but "The Hills" is my guilty pleasure....Yeah I said it........And?? So What!!!

A Long Island judge granted him an unrestricted visit from August 3-12 with Marquise, his son with Shaniqua Tompkins. We're told that both parties had to submit to drug tests at the courthouse before the judge would talk visits, and 50 was clean. Shaniqua tested positive ... for cough meds.

According to TMZ Shaniqua claimed in court that 50 is keeping her from using her Land Rover SUV by keeping guards at the site of the house that was engulfed by flames last month. He denies that's the case. Baby mama drama continues on September 15.

We're hearing the two-part deal consists of pictures of the baby now, and one other "event" -- Christmas, Thanksgiving, vacation, etc. Our spy said Jessica initially turned down the offers of several weekly mags, not wanting to sell, but eventually caved.

After storming off the set on Friday, rumors are flying all around the web regarding Rocsi’s mysterious absence from yesterday’s episode of 106 & Park.

Word is she has been suspended indefinitely, and Terrance could be on his way out too. Keri Hilson stood in for her Monday and received a bouquet of flowers from Terrance once she arrived on set (a token of apology meant for Rocsi perhaps??). We’re curious to see how this particular brand of petty drama unfolds. Stay Tuned!!

Shortly after ending his summer tour with Ne-Yo, Brown quickly began production for his second studio album, Exclusive, which was set to be released on August 28, 2007 until it was pushed to November 6, 2007. The album debuted at number 4 on the Billboard 200 and number 2 on the Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums selling nearly 300,000 copies in its first week domestically, 140,000 more copies than his debut album.

                 OOH Nick has a girlfriend, or does he? Rumors have been flying that Selena Gomez and Nick Jonas are in LOVE! But sadly I will have to cut those rumors. Hannah Montana is over?
Yes. Sadly the Hannah Montana series is over for good. But we are looking forward to a Hannah Montana movie coming up this time next year! Maybe she will change her mind about canceling Hannah Montana? Fingers Crossed! That's all I can say about Miley today!

      What? Real Celeb in the Shop. I took this screen shot Thursday (July 17) evening. Will the Scarf still be available tomorrow I hope so because right now you can’t buy it! You can run your mouse over it but when clicked it doesn’t pop up like all the other clothes! Should Stardoll have released this scarf? Was it ANOTHER mistake? Who knows? Josh Peck and it-girl Olivia Thirby in The Wackness:(I had this dress in 1994 too!)

Last week Tyler and I went to see The Wackness, a coming-of-age story built almost entirely around nostalgia for 90's zeitgeist. From The Notorious B.I.G. to the cheesy street slang white kids threw around (thankfully "Dope" has died out) to the baggy denim, it's saturated with aesthetic references to the Clinton-era. And throwing in child star of that era MK (Mary Kate Olson, that is) is just the icing on the Millienials' cupcake. Oh and I did I mention there are b&w screen Gameboys and Nintendo 64s? And no cellphones! People used landlines!

The movie--meh, take it or leave it. It's a story that's been told ten times before, albiet set in an era that we're currently aching for a return to. However, I will note that  watching the man who played Gandi (Sir Ben Kingsley) do lines of pharmaceuticals and get it on with aging Bond girl Famke Jenssen is both amusing and startling.

During the film I couldn't stop thinking, "Where's Telly?" The Wackness proves just how sanitized we have gotten in Bush's America and post-Giuliani's New York, as it's essentially copping the aesthetic of KIDS, but neglects the nihilism of that film.  It also ignores the horrifying and very real presence of AIDS. The sex scene even emphasizes the LACK of condom, which is very out of line with the AIDS awareness that was so prevalent in that time. Lastly it sorely lacks a Chloe Sevigny-type (Sorry Olivia, you are no Chloe). The Wackness is like KIDS redone by High School Musical folks, where the AIDS and heroin problems in NYC never existed...and Biggie never died.

However, The Wackness has reminded me of something I've been meaning to do for awhile: the 90's countdown:

1. Positive Hip Hop

Man, was it never better for White People to feel rhythm and feel like there was hope for all races. Tribe Called Quest and Digable Planets remind me of Lisa Bonet and, well, idealism. Then I went to a Jurassic Five show in 2000 in Philly and there were no black people to be found. Alas.

2. MTV's arty dudes

First there were grunge's slightly femme-y/usually dirty/always tortured but oh-so-sexy musicians toiling in front of us (Kurt, Trent, Gavin Rossdale). But even their non-music programming was full of these Hawkes (as in Ethan). From the The Real World in London (Neil!) to Chris Hardwick on Singled Out (dreamy!) to 120 Minutes' "I really need a cough drop" Matt Pinfield, MTV was a minefield of these sensitive dudes...not to mention all the nerdy-chic girls like VJs Kennedy and Karen Duffy, and later, Daria and Jane Lane of Daria around.

Of course that all kind of ended with Carson Daly.

3. My So-Called Life

Jordon Catalano. Rayanne Graff. Ricki. The dad that went to Grateful Dead shows.These people are like cousins to me.

4. Tetrus on Gameboy: Even my mom was addicted.

5. Blossom's flower hats, Joey's "Woah!"

6. Jonny Lee Miller in Hackers and Trainspotting

7. TLC's Lisa Left Eye Lopez's condom eye patch: RIP Lisa!

8. Sam Goody's or The Wall's listening station: Um who wasn't listening to the new Dishwalla--and not buying--it in 1997?

9. Wolf Blitzer covering the Gulf War--holy shit, there are bombs in back of him! Don't die Wolfie! Oh wait, no one died in that war.
