<p><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Arial;">Certas coisas você aprende a gostar. Lembro-me da primeira vez que comi açaí, por exemplo. Logo de cara não me atraí por aquela substância pastosa e roxa, não era uma das coisas mais “nham-nham” que pude conhecer. Mas enfim, depois de uma, duas, três experimentadas, peguei gosto pela coisa. Hoje em dia, por muitas vezes sinto vontade de saborear um açaí geladinho com granola e banana picada. Mesmo quando o frio é o clima predominante da temporada.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Arial;">E foi assim também com a cerveja, lembro de quando era um pequeno jovem experimentando a loirinha pela primeira vez. A vida já bastava para a quantidade de amargura que o liquido podia me proporcionar. Mas enfim, a socialização era necessária, e a cerveja foi se tornando companheira constante nos meus dias, chegando a ocupar quase que 95% da pequena geladeira estrategicamente posicionada em meu quarto musical.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Arial;">E vejam só meninos e meninas, hoje em dia, não tenho dúvida que a Heineken é a melhor cerveja Premium que nós brasileiros podemos consumir a um preço acessível. E procuro ostenta-la em minha residência com certa freqüência. E segundo li no Estadão, em pesquisa realizada por eles, a Heineken foi eleita a Melhor das Cervejas Premium, fato que já tinha sido proferido por mim neste mesmo parágrafo.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Arial;">Mas além de suas cativantes propagandas, patrocínio quase que eterno à Champions League, a verdinha lança uma das coisas mais bacanas que pude ver em um supermercado nos meus últimos 22 anos: um barril de 5 litros que você pode levar para a casa. Isso mesmo, um barril da Heineken, de 5 litros, estacionado na sua sala de jantar e dormindo em sua geladeira. Além de ser facilmente adquirido nas melhores lojas do ramo (apesar de que na realidade não estou o encontrando com freqüência).</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Arial;">Pedida certa àqueles encontros casuais com a patotinha do colégio ou pequenos ensaios da sua bandinha pra lá de animada, o Barril garante volume e sabor em doses razoáveis e agradáveis. E se você não tiver fôlego e disposição suficiente para zerar o simpático barril em uma tomada só, você pode sim guardá-lo para um segundo round. É só fechar o compartimento de evasão.</span></p>

But I do love to call white people racist when they are like, "Dave, do you want some kool-aid?," or like, "Sorry I stepped on your shoes". They get so nervous. I think that white people feel like if they say this phrase, they are never racist:<br />
"I have lots of black friends." Then they proceed to name all four black people they know. I've seen white people name Kanye West as a friend because they actually didn't know that many black people. Shit is ridiculous.</p>

Ook dit jaar heeft Heineken gekozen voor een functioneel hoofddeksel. Nadat we eerder konden schreeuwen door de Heineken-hoed kunnen we nu trommelen op de Heineken Trom-pet. Trommelen op een pet dus.</p>
<p>Opvallend is dat de op de Trom-pet geen logo van Heineken afgebeeld staat. Hierdoor zorgt Heineken ervoor dat de Trom-pet gewoon het stadion in mag, in tegenstelling tot de andere voor EK-gadgets van Heineken.</p>

La decimoséptima edición del Festival Internacional Canarias Jazz &amp; Mas Heineken 2008, tendr]]></description>

<p style="text-align:justify;">La decimoséptima edición del <a href="http://www.canariasjazz.com/">Festival Internacional Canarias Jazz &#38; Mas Heineken 2008</a>, tendrá lugar entre el 4 y el 13 de julio próximo en las islas de Gran Canaria, Tenerife, La Palma, Fuerteventura y Lanzarote.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><!--more--></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">A lo largo de esos días, se celebrarán 22 conciertos, además de las ya clásicas masterclass a cargo de reconocidas figuras del jazz.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Como cada año, se combinan todos los estilos del jazz, con reconocidos intérpretes entre los que figuran el saxofonista Pee Wee Ellis, el guitarrista Nguyên Lê con su cuarteto, y los bajistas Kyle Eastwood y Esperanza Spalding, además del brasileño Ivan Lins.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">El Festival, en el que también están Lizz Wright, New York Voices y el super trío formado por Richard Bona, Lokua kanza y Toto, lo cerrarán en esta edición, dos formaciones veteranas como Spyrogira y Crusaders, y la cantante revelación de estos últimos años, Madeleine Peyroux.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Como es tradicional, habrá también participación canaria, con el pianista Polo Ortí en formación quinteto, los baterías Javier Montero y Ramón Díaz, el bajista Charlie Moreno, los guitarristas Yul Ballesteros y Javier Infante, el saxofonista Kike Perdomo y la formación palmera Arenque Jazz Trío.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Pee Wee Ellis, versátil compositor, arreglista, saxofonista y pianista, es un músico cuyo repertorio acompasa todos los estilos musicales desde el jazz, el soul, el funk, hasta el rock de estadios. Nguyên Lê, nacido en París, guitarrista autodidacta, estudió artes visuales y filosofia antes de entrar en el mundo del jazz, donde ha realizado cosas brillantes. Esperanza Spalding, contrabajista, cantante y compositora, pertenece a esa camada de artistas que se les huele el talento, y se ha presentado en conciertos en todo el mundo.</p>

<p>A través del mismo sitio podrán enviar sus obras y encontrar las bases del concurso junto con otros contenidos de interés.  <strong><span style="color:#800000;">Los ganadores de cada categoría recibirán como premio principal la suma de  $10.000 en efectivo</span></strong>.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Assistindo a esse filme espanhol da Heineken me deu um estalo de o quanto é importante querer inovar na lingüagem com que se fala com as pessoas caso você não tenha nenhuma idéia genial de roteiro.<br />
A mix de música e quadrinhos nesse caso fez a diferença, e ficou um filme prazeroso de se assistir.</p>

<title><![CDATA[Top 5 Commercials I Don't Understand]]></title>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In my most recent post, while writing about an utterly nonsensical McDonald's commercial, I realize that there are a good number of commercials I don't understand. It's not always that I don't understand the premise of the commercials; normally what I don't understand is something along the lines of "what is that line/image/gesture supposed to mean?" or "what were the advertising executives thinking when they approved this commercial?" To give an example, when Comedy Central shows commercials for a stand-up special, and they include 3 jokes that are appallingly unfunny, or they are promoting an event, and have Jon Stewart say something as wonderfully witty as "You know that big screen TV you were thinking of getting? GET IT." I wonder to myself, "Who finds this funny? How is this supposed to make me want to watch their show?" These are five recent commercials that have left me boggled, for a number of reasons:</p>
<p><strong>5. Alltell Commercials (Chad et. al)</strong></p>
<p>I'm sure you've seen these. Basically it's a group of nerdy guys, allegorical symbols for Alltell's four competitors (Sprint, Verizon, T-Mobile, and AT&#38;T), stumbling through their plans to outdo Chad, the metrosexual representative of Alltell, to bring more customers to their companies. They always fail, of course, because they are bumbling idiots, and they sell an inferior product (obviously). The most recent ones feature a wizard that they summon off of the side of a van, which I guess reflects their nerdy Dungeons and Dragons affiliations. Anyway, the wizard inevitably takes Chad's side, because Chad and Alltell are just that awesome.</p>
<p><strong>What I don't understand</strong>: Why anyone thought it was a good idea to turn this into a franchise of commercials. They even have TWO commercials with the Wizard! TWO! Really? The first wizard commercial was so good that it needed a sequel? They even had a clay-mation Christmas commercial with Chad and company. Is it really that fun to watch four guys being losers, and one other guy, who is marginally cooler at best, showing them up all the time? Throw in the annoying cover of "Come and Get Your Love" that they play at the end of every commercial, and you have a recipe for one of the worst recurring commercials ever. Who are the advertising executives willing to pay for this? Honestly, I don't get it.</p>
<p><strong>4. Yellow Book Commercial<br />
</strong></p>
<p>This commercial features a young boy who comes home, discouraged that bullies have been picking on him (as evidenced by the fact that he says "Bullies...", and his underwear is pulled halfway up his back). He uses Yellowbook.com to do research about martial arts so that he can defend himself, and boost his self-esteem. We never see him actually use this newfound martial arts knowledge to confront the bullies, because this would never work in a million years. But it's a nice gesture, and a cute idea, and we get the point.</p>
<p><strong>What I don't understand</strong>: Why doesn't the kid fix his wedgie? Throughout the entire commercial, as the child gets home, does research, and practices karate, you can see his wedgie riding up the back of his shirt. Couldn't they have shown the wedgie, shown him fixing the wedgie, and moved on with the commercial? Does he like the wedgie? If so, aren't the bullies really just doing him a favor? Maybe he was leaving the wedgie as a reminder to himself what he has to overcome. Or maybe this was simply a gross oversight by the people who were likely given a budget of hundreds of thousands of dollars to produce a nationally broadcast television commercial. Personally, I like to go with the theory that the kid likes the wedgie.</p>
<p><strong>3. Subway "5 Dollar Footlong" Commercial</strong></p>
<p>This commercial is basically a bunch of random characters, from weather ladies to cops to Godzilla, holding up their hands in gestures that mime the lyrics of the song playing in the background, a song which goes a little something like this:</p>
<p>Five...</p>
<p>Five dollar...</p>
<p>Five dollar footlong...</p>
<p>Five....</p>
<p>Five dollar...</p>
<p>Five dollar footlong...</p>
<p>This could be catching on...</p>
<p><strong>What I don't understand</strong>: I can't, for the life of me, figure out why this song is so catchy. It haunts my dreams. At work, on the toilet, lying in bed at night, I find myself singing, "Five, five dollar, five dollar footlon...damn it!" And, on top of that, when I find myself singing it, it kinda makes me want to buy Subway. It reminds me of the episode of the Simpsons, when the cult members convince Homer to join the cult by singing "Na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na LEADER!!!!" to the Batman theme music, which they had previously heard Homer singing when he was fishing. Am I getting dumber,  or are Subway's advertising people just so good that they've found a way to cut appeal to my baser instincts and brainwash me with catchy melodies? I haven't asked any of my friends to see if it has the same effect on them, so it could be a Curtis-only phenomenon. Then again, it could be the most brilliantly catchy commercial ever...</p>
<p><strong>What I don't understand (part 2)</strong>: If Subway had the power to make their commercials this catchy, why did they stick with Jared for so long? Seriously, it's great that he lost a lot of weight, but does anyone really believe that Subway is the only reason he lost that weight? Five, Five Dollar, Five Dollar Foot...oh, there it goes again...so catchy...</p>

<p><strong>2. Heineken Light Commercial</strong></p>
<p>You've probably seen this commercial at some point. It's basically a bunch of different people, in a bunch of different costumes, from a bunch of different countries, presumably, passing a bottle of Heineken Light from one to another, while some alternative band plays a song in the background that goes something like this "It's love, it's love, it's love, it's la la la la la la la love, it's love, it's love, it's la la la la la la la love", and at the end of the commercial, you see "Share the Good" it flowery handwriting.</p>
<p><strong>What I don't understand</strong>: Aside from the reason why the commercial is so long, the main thing I don't understand about this commercial is what the message is supposed to be. They never show anyone drinking the beer (which I understand, because I think it's not legal to show people actually drinking beer in commercials), but the effect is that it just looks like people are passing one bottle of beer around the world without ever actually drinking it. It seems like instead of "Share the Good", the slogan at the end of the commercial should be "Heineken Light: the beer you'll want to regift, over and over and over...."</p>
<p><strong>1. McDonald's Dollar Menunaire Commercial</strong></p>
<p>I have already given a brief synopsis of the plot of this commercial and what I don't understand about it in my last post. I will touch upon it once more, though, as a quick refresher. At the end of the commercial, after a McDonald's Cheeseburger restored the faith of a bunch of office workers in the value of the dollar, one worker asks the worker with the McDonald's food how he's fixed for fries, and another worker who observes this question makes the astute observation "That's cold, man, that's cold."</p>
<p><strong>What I don't understand</strong>: Aside from my previously stated lack of understanding about WHAT IN THE WORLD IS COLD ABOUT ASKING SOMEONE HOW THEY'RE FIXED FOR FRIES, I can't understand who the target audience for this commercial is. It clearly isn't me, otherwise I would probably understand their witty dialogue better than I currently do. But the commercial is the latest in a series of commercials set in a corporate office environment, which begs the question: Is McDonald's trying to market their products to Corporate America? If not, what is their angle? Do they think that, buy showing corporate people eating McDonald's food, they will somehow make their food more appealing to poor and/or blue collar people? Given the culture of anti-elitism in this country, I have trouble believing that such a strategy would ever work. Then again, I think that adding fast food to the stress of an office environment is a recipe for really fat, unhealthy people. Allow me to write is as a mathematical equation: Cortisol + Double Cheeseburger = Obesity. I guess it is fast and convenient, but a white-collar worker really should be able to afford something fast and convenient that's healthier than McDonald's. So really, I don't get who McDonald's is targeting with this line of commercials.</p>
<p>After reading this list, you might come to the conclusion that I watch too much television, but I would also like to think that this list is also proof that I think about the television that I'm watching, which has to count for something. It counts for something, right? Five....Five Dollar....Five Dollar Footlong.....</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I tagged and keyworded this like crazy because I really wish the regional manager of the Subway franchise or someone of similar authority from that organization would read this, and yes including the foul language.</p>
<p>Everyone should know about <a href="http://www.subway.com">Subway</a> by now, even if there isn't one close to where you live. We're all familiar with <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/">Jared Fogle's</a> amazing claims of how he lost like 300 pounds from just eating Subway sandwiches everyday. I'm sure I even saw the question (phrased differently) "Who is the guy who lost a lot of weight from being on a Subway diet?" as a question on Jeopardy for only 100 points.</p>
<p>Needless to say, Subway sandwiches are great : not too filling, tasty and best of all healthy. The price of it is another story, considering you can get a proper "meal" for about the same price of less, but that's another story.</p>
<p>But, I believe quality at all restaurants is subject to the<a href="http://www.investopedia.com/terms/l/lawofdiminishingutility.asp"> law of diminishing marginal utility</a>, both in your own mind- "This doesn't taste like it used to.." (when in fact it does) and on the part of the restaurant who just seem to lower their quality gradually, unintentionally or for the purposes of underhandedly saving costs. This brings to mind the folks at Coca Cola and Heineken. They've been around selling something that supposedly tastes the same for X amount of decades. I guess they deserve a lot more credit.</p>
<p>Sadly my Nokia (shitty) camera phone isn't working and I didn't feel like using my other phone to walk all the way out there to go take a pic of what made me write this..but someone is going around UWI, St. Augustine campus sticking up petition forms, calling themselves the "Campaign for Truth...For Real!" requesting that we sign our names to protest Subway's (the branch at UWI) unfair practices, some of which being :</p>
<ol>
<li>Employees closing the store 10-15 minutes earlier than its official closing hours (10 pm)</li>
<li>Their policy of not redeeming Subway Cards that don't have the bill <strong>for each purchase</strong> attached (basically declaring $240 worth of purchases - <em>average price of a sandwich is around $28TT</em> - and the care to collect all those ridiculous stamps or management signatures worthless)</li>
<li>Not having a student special (they didn't clarify, but I guess they mean something similar to KFC's "study combo" which supposedly is a deal for students but its a ripoff anyway)</li>
<li>Having discourteous staff.</li>

<p>Notably some of the things they didn't mention, which I always noticed about subway, my own qualms about them if you will, include :</p>

<li> The ridiculously slow service. This further exacerbates the problem of the length of the lines (at any time of day mind you) because students just can't get enough of that Chicken Teriyaki on Honey Oat with extra Pineapple..</li>

<li>The <strong>STALE VEGETABLES</strong> they put in your sandwiches. They literally give you <strong>BROWN LETTUCE. </strong>Absolutely hilarious. "Good day sir would you like pickles,onions,tomatoes,blah blah blah"...you say "Yes all the veggies please"..and they proceed to put<strong><em> B</em><em>ROWN, VISIBLY SPOILT, DISGUSTING</em></strong> lettuce in your sandwich! estropeados lechuga!! l'embarras laitue!! Yet their slogan is EAT FRESH! Not for the life of me will I be able to get over this!! They also are frequently out of certain ingredients, sometimes 2 or 3 of them, yet when you ask them about the price they look at you as if you're crazy. The price of a sandwich includes the veggies, but if THEY have problems with supply or whatever and don't have pickles, green peppers, etc, which you are PAYING for...then why the fuck should you still pay the full price for it?</li>
</ul>
<p>However, I'm in two minds about this. Its great to see UWI students attempting to mobilize and organize themselves for a cause...but as usual its petty and parochial. In recent memory of everyone, all we ever came out against as a pressure group of supposedly being the "premier university of the Caribbean" are : not getting into certain clubs at Port-of-Spain, administrative policies regarding residency and "security around campus" because people insist they should walk around Curepe/St. Augustine at odd hours of the night and think nothing should happen to them. The stance against the government construction of the aluminum smelters was something to be proud of, but that was still just a minority group within the student body.</p>
<p>I've dealt with the horrors of Subway by doing something amazing : NOT BUYING IT. There is something called power of the consumer, i.e to choose to buy or not buy from somewhere. Why are they bitching about this shit when they can just buy from Boomers, the other local "health sandwich", bootleg Subway restaurant right which is right next to Subway??? How about KFC which is also right next to Subway?? Or the grill restaurants around the corner or over the highway?? Or Papa John's or Pizza Hut who deliver to UWI in like 10 minutes??? Or the numerous Chinese restaurants all over the place?? What pussies they are making us out to be!</p>
<p>Yes, the whole policy of not redeeming Subway cards if you don't have  the bills attached is cheap, unfair bullshit, they're slow, their lettuce is RIDICULOUS, and well they just suck basically but fine, hit them where it hurts and stop buying it! Everyday at lunch time I often see about 30 people in line for Subway, then I see people pass by, look inside, see the line, and happily become the 31st person, knowing fully well they have atleast a half hour wait to get a stupid chicken sandwich!</p>
<p>I'm almost beginning to think that for students to be slaves to something just because it tastes good or because its an international franchise, they deserve such treatment. I'm pretty sure everyone sees that the lettuce is 3 DAYS OLD but they continue buying it, based on the length of those lines everyday.</p>
<p>So shut up and take it, because apparently Trinis and UWI students are married to Subway and continue to accept horribly sub-standard service and products and are blind to other fast-food options and the power to boycott. They could probably pee in the sandwiches are call it mustard and there will still be a mad rush of a line there tomorrow morning.</p>
<p>So fuck that, i'm not signing a petition which basically is me identifying myself as saying : "I need Subway, I can't help but put up with their bullshit because I can't buy something else, please put an end to my misery and like, heed to my demands of being a dumbass, captive customer, I need....chick....en...teri....yaki.....now...must...sign...petition...". Idiots.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Today it's kind of rainy outside and overcast.  It's a stay inside and relax kind of day.  It's about 65 degrees out and pretty.  So I'm staying inside, with tons of thoughts going through my mind.  I'm really thankful for this last week.</p>
<p>Last night I had what I think was called an ocular migrane.  I had weird flashing rings in my field of view and it lasted about 20 minutes and then went away.  After that I started to get a headache.  It lasted a few hours but wasn't so bad.  I just went to bed after talking to my doctor and ended up sleeping until about 2am then got up for about 30 minutes and went back to bed.</p>
<p>I've been doing some 'work' for this last week with a project going on at work and I've been staying up really late and getting home late and not getting much sleep.  It's been worth it though.</p>
<p>So right now I'm sitting on the love seat in my living room and typing this.  Just gonna sorta relax today and think of things.</p>
<p>Had a really really good dream last night but I can't really post it on here. ;-)</p>
<p>I love my new car and I'm thinking of taking a road trip soon.  Not sure to where but I think I'm going to do it.  I've not taken a "road trip" in a long many years.  I think it's time to do it again.</p>
<p>Just sold a Benchmade 913 D2 Stryker today via eBay and went to the post office to ship it off.  I personally think the knife is a heap of crap.  Benchmade has really been going down hill as of late which is a shame.  They used to be a really good knife company.  Now I stick to 100% Spyderco.</p>
<p>I think I'm gonna throw back a few Heineken's later. ;-)</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>De FED verlaagde woensdag de rente WEL met 0,25%. Ik had het niet verwacht. Voor de Amerikaanse beurs maakte het woensdag niet veel uit. Waar volgens de theorie een rentedaling goed voor de aandelenbeurzen is, daalde de Dow Jones een paar punten. Pas gisteren wist de Dow Jones uiteindelijk te stijgen en kwam eindelijk weer boven de 13.000 grens.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;">In het Verre Oosten zijn ze daar van onder de indruk. De beurzen die open zijn, staan vanochtend flink hoger. Het lijkt daarom een mooie afsluiting van een rare (vakantie) week te worden.<!--more--></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;">De olieprijs is de laatste dagen gedaald van $120 naar $112. Energie aandelen, met name de offshore aandelen, hebben daarop flinke dalingen laten zien. Het aandeel waar ik eerder deze week nog op <a title="http://www.beursaccent.nl/" rel="nofollow" href="http://www.beursaccent.nl/"><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><span style="color:#0000ff;">100% winst de investering</span></span></a> op terug kon halen, staat nu nog slechts op 81% winst. Dat was dus precies op tijd de winstname.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;">Gisteren zagen we al in enkele aandelen herstelbewegingen. Eén van de grootste stijgers was een aandeel dat de <a title="http://www.beursaccent.nl/" rel="nofollow" href="http://www.progainshop.com/286-6-3-14.html"><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><span style="color:#0000ff;">BeursAccent</span></span></a> professional abonnees juist eerder de week kochten. Opvallend was dat banken gisteren juist enorme winsten lieten zien. Zo steeg Goldman Sachs gisteren maar liefst 4%. Ook Wells Fargo deed het met 4,8% winst uitzonderlijk goed. Die resultaten bleven echter achter bij Merrill Lynch, dat gisteren 5,1% steeg. Beleggers krijgen er toch weer vertrouwen in. Ik heb zelf vijf bankaandelen in bezit, waar er op dit moment slechts één van op winst staat. Ik was duidelijk iets te vroeg met aankopen. </p>
<p><strong>Waarom loopt meer dan 50% v/d opties waardeloos af?</strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;">Gelukkig kreeg ik deze week van enkele optie-experts ook goede antwoorden... Helaas echter niet van alle. Er blijven er die maar niet kunnen verklaren waarom meer dan 50% van de opties waardeloos verloopt. Dat gebrek aan kennis en inzicht houdt in dat ze niet optimaal presteren. Immers, een voetballer die alleen met rechts kan schieten, zal soms een doelkans missen omdat de bal toevallig voor zijn linker voet rolt. Een voetballer die met twee benen kan schieten, is per definitie beter.Ik zal via de gratis optiecursus op <a title="http://www.optiecursus.com/" rel="nofollow" href="http://www.optiecursus.com/"><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><span style="color:#800080;">www.optiecursus.com</span></span></a> uit de doeken doen, waarom meer dan 50% waardeloos verloopt.</p>

Geheid ga ik na de publicatie ook mailtjes krijgen van optie deskundigen die me aangeven dat ze dat natuurlijk wel wisten...Ja, maar tot vandaag de dag niet geloofden of konden verklaren. Het is echt verbluffend hoe weinig 'men' in feite van een al meer dan dertig jaar oud product weet. Ze leren bij hun werkgever (een beursbedrijf of een bank/broker) een paar trucjes en kunnen handelen. Daar blijft het dan bij.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;">Als beleggen is als oorlogvoeren, en iedere euro een soldaat is, en de belegger is de generaal die zijn of haar soldaten voor winst moet laten vechten, dan zijn er heel wat generaals die hun soldaten behoorlijk blind het veld in sturen. Er zijn dan ook veel generaals, maar weinig Alexander de Grote's of Ceasars.</p>
<p>Een antwoord op een nieuwe reeks van vragen over de <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.ibsinvest.eu/" target="_blank"><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><span style="color:#0000ff;">Indextimer</span></span></a> Wat heeft een belegger nodig om succesvol te beleggen?</p>
<p>Zeker, een beetje geluk maar ook een betrouwbare en onafhankelijke beleggingsgids die de belegger voortdurend op het juiste aandelenspoor kan houden. </p>

<p>De Indextimer geeft wekelijks zeer duidelijke aan- en verkoopsignalen voor de aandelen van de AEX en BEL20 indexen. Tevens geeft de Indextimer een ALARM hoogste en laagste koers aan. Zolang de aandelenkoersen binnen deze ALARM koersen stand houden, is er geen reden om die aandelen te verkopen. Daar naast vind de belegger eveneens prognoses voor de olieprijzen, Euro/USD en de goudprijs.</p>
<p><em>Zijn de Indextimer prognoses altijd juist ?</em></p>
<p>Dat is teveel gevraagd van het goede. Neen, de Indextimer zal er ook wel eens naast zitten. De koersverliezen zullen dan echter wel beperkt blijven. Garantie op beurssucces kan de Indextimer niet geven. Als dat mogelijk was, zou er dan nog een beurs zijn?</p>
<p><em>Ik ben een meer actieve belegger, wat heb ik dan aan een wekelijkse Indextimer?</em></p>
<p>In dat geval is het beter eens kennis te maken met het dagelijkse Indexkompas op www.ibsinvest.eu. In het Indexkompas staat iedere dag een duidelijke prognose voor de aandelenmarkten. Tevens vind u in het Indexkompas  aan- en verkoopsignalen voor de aandelen uit de AEX en BEL20 indexen.</p>
<p>Soms blijft dat de Indextimer prognoses verschillend zijn van de Indexkompas prognoses. Hoe moet ik dat interpreteren?</p>
<p>De Indextimer geeft prognoses op basis van wekelijkse koersen en een wekelijkse koers is niet gelijk aan een dagelijkse koers. Zo is het dus zeer goed mogelijk dat de Indextimer prognoses laten vermoeden dat de aandelenkoersen zullen stijgen terwijl het Indexkompas lagere koersen voorspelt. Een belegger doet er best aan enkel in aandelen te beleggen wanneer zowel de Indextimer als het Indexkompas dezelfde koerstrend voorspellen.</p>
<p>Waarom nog aarzelen om kennis te maken met de <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.ibsinvest.eu/" target="_blank"><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><span style="color:#0000ff;">Indextimer</span></span></a>? U zult het zich niet beklagen.</p>
<p><strong>Analyses</strong></p>
<p><strong>AEX </strong>De AEX index lijkt naar boven toe uit te willen breken. Je vraagt je af waarop, want energie, voedsel en huizen zijn in Nederland niet eerder zo duur geweest, maar de AEX wil nu eenmaal omhoog. Wat kan helpen, is het commentaar vanuit de Engelse Centrale Bank gisteren. Die stelden namelijk dat Europese en Engelse banken nu te terughoudend zijn en de crisis overdreven hebben.</p>
<p><strong>Heineken</strong> Het blijft armoe troef bij Heineken. Een belangrijke weerstand die eerst overwonnen moet worden, is de top van zowel februari als april. Die top ligt op 39 euro. Pas bij een doorbreking van dat niveau kan gesproken worden van een interessante koersontwikkeling. In feite ligt de koers nu al drie maanden vlak.</p>
<p><strong>SBM Offshore</strong> Na de stijging van 20 tot 24 (die ik gemist heb) is het aandeel weer in een horizontale beweging komen te zitten, met Doji na doji in de grafiek (zie <a title="http://www.japansecandles.nl/" rel="nofollow" href="http://www.japansecandles.nl/"><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><span style="color:#0000ff;">www.japansecandles.nl</span></span></a> voor een uitleg over was een Doji is). De Stochastic geeft nu verkoopsignalen af. Fundamenteel zit SBM nog altijd in de goede hoek, maar in Amerika kregen aandelen in deze sector net een 5 tot 10% correctie te verwerken. SBM bleef het bespaard, maar het geeft me weinig moed.</p>

<p><!--more-->Buenas noticias para los fans de Leonard Cohen. Finalmente y tal y como nos informa la organización del FiB, Leonard Cohen actuará el día 20 de Julio en el Escenario Verde del Festival Internacional de Benicàssim.</p>
<p><em>"Salvados los problemas logísticos que el artista canadiense, sus músicos y su equipo preveían en el desplazamiento entre Benicàssim y Niza, nos encontramos en disposición de confirmar la presencia del autor de ‘Suzzane’ el próximo domingo 20 de julio en el escenario Verde de FIB Heineken.<br />
Las entradas de día se pondrán a la venta próximamente."</em></p>
<p>De no resolverse de esta manera, hubiera sido un duro golpe para la organización, que confirmó la asistencia del artista hace ya varios meses y posteriormente cancelada por Leonard Cohen.</p>

<p>Por anuncios como este es por los que espero con ansia los cortes de la película jejeje</p>
<p>Fíjate en las orejas y el ritmo que tienen todos al bailar, para verlo como mínimo 2 veces</p>
