Deliberate and repeated exposure/flooding of raw sewage, followed by lies about the cause.

This is what the City of Fresno, CA's risk analyst did to my neighbors and me - showed up after these horrendous occurrences of being deluged in toxic, infectious, disease-carrying raw sewage. Rather than give us a chance to protect our families, our belongings or ourselves, the risk analyst always showed up AFTER these events, deeming them to be the result of, "negligence in sewer maintenance." Yet there had never been any investigation. Upon questioning her about this, she refused to answer. She took countless photographs each time, yet had 0 photographs of the reason she claimed to be coming out - 0 photographs of the damages. It was all a set-up for burglary and what was coming.

Upon being asked why the flooding was taking place down the alley, since she said the cause was at the other end, the risk analyst's response was, "Ignore it." Upon expressing concern about all the raw sewage going into back yards, which would surely result in illness and/or death, she responded, "Not my problem."

My handicapped uncle's hospitalization coincided with these sewage back spills. I experienced on-going illness, respiratory, cellulitis of the feet. My neighbor's health deteriorated and his foot infection became so bad it had to be amputated - he died, age 50. Pleas to test the soil were refused - she said, "Not my job."

Then came the so-called citywide "upgrade" on Olive Ave. Things went beyond Olive Ave., as the sidewalk and alley were torn up. The heavy equipment remained in front of these properties for several days, as the sewer and water lines were replaced in the alley. To date, the risk analyst and her supervisor, Kerry Trost, deny what took place. Their own records verify exactly what was done - so do photographs from Fresno Flood Control. They had the audacity to have our properties robbed, torn apart and haphazardly patched back together. Then the risk analyst told me her "release for clean-up" cleared her of any responsibility for ANYTHING - Mr. Trost merely said, "Too bad - that is private property." Pleading for help from Mayor Autry resulted in having him instruct these risk analysts to have a Restraining Order against me, turning the tables and deeming ME a "danger" to THEM! Death threats followed. CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS!?!?

As you have probably figured out, that is what the repeated sewage back spills were about - sewer and water lines were being cut and altered, in preparation for the upcoming construction to city and private property. All very planned and deliberate. On top of all the other violations - is this not considered murder?

In another attempt to have the issue addressed, I asked Kerry Trost about the new and relocated water meter in the alley. And why was I stuck paying a local plumber for a bill because of the associated problems.

Mr. Trost was angry as he demanded, "That is YOUR problem, it is on YOUR property!" Upon reminding Mr. Trost that I do not own the alley nor am I responsible for maintaining the city water meters, he then demanded, "THIS IS OVER!" Mr. Trost, who stipulated in his Restraining Order that I am not allowed to discuss this with anyone at the City of Fresno other than him, has steadfastly REFUSED to acknowledge my countless attempts to ask or discuss ANY of this. (In addition to violating my civil and human rights, is he not violating his own Restraining Order? In addition to refusing public information that pertains to public health?) In reality, the water meter is connected to the sewer vent in my back yard that went from 2' to 10' from the fence as shown in the above picture - further evidence of what took place.

This is one of the most henious operations one can imagine. I not only reported what had been done to my family's properties, I reported suspected homicide among my family members, poisoning and attempted murder of me. I reported the same lies told to my neighbor who was also set up for annihilation - he was never seen again; the risk analyst was the last person seen speaking to him (lying.) His property was also stripped, gutted and reconstructed differently. New deed looks forged; more suspected homicide. Neighbor across the street was shot/killed when this was done to his property. Utility poles relocated by the fake work crew, which resulted in an additional $900 to my utility bill. We lost our income properties, robbed of everything, sewer/water lines replaced with corroded trash, ongoing horrors and death threats.

As for my neighbor, if that was not considered murder, what exactly would the term be?

NOTE: I later recalled one of the risk analyst's associates, JCW, talking about foot amputation - he repeatedly brought up a list of people who had their foot/feet amputated; some died. How could he have possibly predicted 1 yr in advance that my neighbor's foot would be amputated? From what I could figure out (because I knew 2 of the people who had their foot/feet amputated) was that like my neighbor, they were diabetic. There are many articles regarding diabetics being more susceptible to staph and other disease-carrying organisms that breed in raw sewage. (To this day, the widow does not know about the massive amount of raw sewage that repeatedly flooded their back yard. But the risk analyst can verify that for 2 days I refused to sign the first release due to the fact that this situation would obviously result in illness/death - everyone on the block was entitled to be warned about what had taken place. I was a care provider at the time - I had no choice but to sign due to further jeopardizing our lives. Reporting this woman turned out to be the crime!)

The man I am referring to, regarding his prediction of my neighbor's foot amputation is the man who was poisoning me with intent to take my family's properties as well as my neighbor's property over (the neighbor who appears to have "vanished.") Fraudulent legal documents had already been prepared for my family's properties. New deed for my neighbor's property looks forged - new owner lives next door to THIS MAN! A man with a trail of VERIFIED forgeries of other property "acquired" by fraud.

Could that be another reason for Mayor Autry having the Restraining Order issued against ME?!? This man is one of his friends/associates! (The fact that he believes it to be a mutual "friendship" makes this even more tragic. He and his entourage refer to the Mayor as their "puppet" and the others as "easy.")

How to go from homeless to owning property

..... as taught and demonstrated by Fresno, CA's Dept. of Public Works and their fake work crew.

With the city now setting on top of clamped sewer and water lines, going from homeless to owning property free-and-clear has never been easier. This is a technique the City and their fake work crew are using, in order to vacate various properties so they can "secretly" alter the water system. In fact it appears to be the technique behind the condemning and demolishing of Fresno's beautiful historic buildings. No matter how much money is poured into repairs - it will never be enough because the owners have no clue about the clamped water lines! Or, according to WGS, repairs with untreated wood is another nightmare that no one ever figures out.

This is what my sewer and water lines were turned into behind my back. Done to the properties next door as well. I doubt if all properties throughout Fresno are reconnected/clamped with this kind of trash - these properties were scheduled to be condemned or come down in flames. Also keep in mind that the city is repeatedly reminding property owners that they are responsible for the sewer and water lines on their property - but they don't mention the haphazardly-clamped trash or that it was done without permits or inspections, connected to their unauthorized operation also carried out without permits or inspections.

LESSON:

"Plant" a tenant in the building you want to own. Or you can do this a portion at a time, for instance the first tenant can damage the property and be kicked out; the next one appears to be an angel who the landlord / owner is grateful to have. Loosen a clamped water line and cover it back up with cement. It is best to do this prior to winter. Then when the rain starts, the mold crawls up the walls to the roof. Also create a couple of leaks on the roof. Property owner pours money in into repairs and new roof that do nothing to stop the problem. Tenant feigns illness over mold - even hospitalization to get the bill to exceed what the property insurance covers. Lawsuit time.

Another technique is to remove the property insurance billing so the owner does not see it. 30-day notice turns into cancellation. This technique works better among the insurance agents in the group - they conspire and annihilate their client, while appearing totally innocent. Preying on the elderly is especially successful with this technique. They can be thrown out into the street easiest.

I watched the city risk analyst repeatedly lie to one property owner about the cause of raw sewage flooding his property. Then the owner vanished! New deed looks forged by her associate from the fake work crew - done deal! For this technique it is best to have the area "planted" with others among your group to avoid witnesses. Give some meth to your local drug addict if using violence. With no one questioning anything, congratulations on your new property! You can turn around and rent it out or sell it - enjoy!

Head of the fake work crew also has another trick up his sleeve. I overheard him give instructions to his son on when to stop making his house payments so it would go into foreclosure. He then stepped in to pay cash, laughing, "Most people are 1 paycheck away from bankruptcy." Since you will need money for this technique, you may have to wait until you have made enough money from your other "acquisitions."

So there you have it. Don't thank me - thank the City of Fresno and their fake work crew for these ideas. Should you get caught - it appears they will protect you; it is the person reporting it who is treated as the criminal. The risk analyst will even go as far as having a Restraining Order issued against the person who was lied to, set up, robbed and run off their own property! Reporting her as a danger to the public resulted in the City sending me a threatening reminder that I am not allowed to report her to anyone but her other associate, who committed perjury to cover up the atrocities!

Public Dare to Mayor Alan Autry (Fresno, CA)

Moving beyond the suspected homicide of my family members, poisoning and attempted murder of me as my family's properties were being robbed and torn apart in order for Public Works to secretly replace sewer and water lines. Moving beyond the efforts of city employees to call me a "liar" about what THEY DID to our properties. Moving beyond the fraudulent legal documents Swieso conspired in having prepared - appointing HIM "Successor Trustee" of my family's estate properties as well as a fraudulent life insurance policy he enrolled me in, stating I worked for someone else out of town, appointing himself "beneficiary." Moving beyond the list of other horrors committed to my family and me - all of which I was prohibited from even filing a report as Mayor Alan Autry and Public Works conspired in deeming ME a "liar" and "crazy." As if I could have made any of this up - the city's own records verify exactly what they did.

Mayor Autry has been conspiring with the very people I said were behind the above atrocities. So imagine me going on to uncover a trail of forged and fraudulent legal documents of other people never seen again - by these VERY SAME PEOPLE. Forgeries verified by a licensed handwriting expert. Why would Mayor Autry continue to remain silent. Because he conspired in what was done to my family and me? Followed by having me robbed of everything I owned, filmed with hidden cameras, raped and left living in fear for my life - isolated and pinned into a corner with no way out?!? Stripped of protection or chance to defend myself from what this group did in order to set me up to appear as the most horrible person on the planet as if that entitled them to do these things to me? Even planting things in my home, accusing me of being thief in order to justify stealing everything I owned, then calling me a "liar" about that too? All done behind my back, as I was kept incapacitated with unknown chemicals. (Med records available.)

Is this what Swieso was so happy about back in 1991, when he said that Alan Autry was coming to Fresno and would fill an elected position? How did Swieso know that far in advance? It can be easily verified that everything I reported was backed up with evidence. The City of Fresno uses a lynch mob comprised of self-proclaimed thieves and murderers - backed with name-calling. The truth has always been the last thing allowed. By now, I am thinking that Mayor Autry also needs me dead - as planned and attempted numerous times. That way, the truth about his friend's "secret sideline" would remain covered up.

So here is Mayor Autry's chance to redeem himself - I am making a public dare to this man who professes to be an honest and caring born-again Christian.

In fact, because I do believe that Mayor Autry knows I was being poisoned and set up in order to justify what took place to my family's properties and to me, I am going to make things even easier. Instead of asking him or his group to address what was done to me, my request pertains strictly to my father (Alzheimer's) and my handicapped uncle (Down's syndrome and bedridden the last 5 1/2 yrs of his life.) Keep in mind I am not asking for the Mayor's opinion of me or his associates. I am not asking what he believes anyone is capable of doing or what my siblings do or do not believe. Straight and simple, I dare Mayor Alan Autry to ask Swieso, Winslow and/or RAK to take a polygraph stating that my father and uncle were not being poisoned. I also daring Mayor Alan Autry to have one of them (name withheld for now) state that he did not have my uncle's gold teeth removed.

To date, I have provided evidence of what I reported - never was I allowed help. It has been one nightmare after another, year after year. It is time that Mayor Autry stop covering all of this up. The public is entitled to be safe - he owes the entire community an acknowledgement to my dare. Because to date, he has done nothing but cover up some heinous crimes being committed to innocent residents - accompanying his "citywide upgrade." Gruesome crimes in order to "vacate" property so this group can step in and secretly alter the water system. "Planting" occupants who later serve as "credible witnesses" that nothing took place - others are eliminated. Property reconstructed and sold as "original" to unsuspecting buyers on deeds that reflect revised property lines. More fraudulent and forged legal documents being recorded. This is why there are no older records of Fresno - massive cover-up.

Were my father and handicapped uncle being poisoned?

Did ___ have my handicapped uncle's gold teeth removed (as he repeatedly implied.) It would explain how my uncle's teeth vanished as well as the recurring episodes of coagulated blood on his lips. The home health nurse (who I later learned is involved) said his teeth would come out the other end - that never happened. At the time of my uncle's death there were only 2-3 teeth remaining! The same man who talked about having his gold-filled teeth removed later told me that my uncle looked horrible - it was time for him to die. I never introduced him to my uncle. These people were entering my home, behind my back, without my knowledge or consent. This is barbaric. Mayor Alan Autry and his people need to stop calling me a "liar" so the TRUTH CAN BE EXPOSED! This is how property is being vacated so the city water system can be secretly altered!

Mayor Autry Had Me Killed - His Goons Authorized To Finish

That is correct - in reality, I was already killed by Mayor Alan Autry's hit men; the group behind the felony altering of the city water system. They took my family, my life, belongings, means of survival, pets, vehicles - they destroyed my home and left me in terror as the horrors continue. All that is left is to finish the job, as attempted time and again. One of the mottos among his group: "It is easier to ask for forgiveness afterwards than permission ahead of time."

Mayor Alan Autry conspired in setting me up to be killed - as a result of pleading for help from this man, he threw me back into the pit. After my final departure do not accept heartfelt speaches from this man. There is no excuse or forgivness behind what he is covering up - a massive criminal network that entails elimination of innocent residents as property and assets are taken by this group.

The only way for Mayor Alan Autry to continue covering up the burglary, ID theft, suspected homicide that accompanies the secret altering of the city water system is for his group to finish what they started - they need me eliminated. That is clearly why Mayor Autry had his risk analyst, the very person who lied and set my neighbors and me up for total annihilation, commit perjury to have a Restraining Order issued against me. After suspected homicide of my family members, poisoning and attempted murder of me, fraudulent legal documents, fraudulent life insurance policy, destruction and reconstruction of properties, loss of our income properties, home gutted and haphazardly patched back together, theft of all belongings - he had them deem ME a "danger" to THEM! Imagine that. The very risk analyst who set my family and me up for annihilation was also the last person seen speaking to my neighbor, Albert Perez - lying and setting him up as well. Mr. Perez was never seen again; property torn apart and reconstructed on top of new sewer/water lines without permits or inspections; signature on new deed looks like the one I saw Mayor Autry's associate Wilbert Swieso forge (trace) on an insurance application - same misspelling. New owner of Mr. Perez's property lives next door to Mr. Swieso's partner - the one who said he would be taking over Mr. Perez's property as well as my family's properties, with me scheduled to meet the others, "in another world." Be sure that my survival was NOT wanted or expected, so the tables were turned and I was deemed the "danger." Discrediting their victim/s is all part of how this works - this was the same technique used by the "planted" tenants, linked to Swieso. Add "planted" neighbors and so-called long-time "friends" and their victim does not stand a chance because everything is done behind the back - victims stripped of their rights, protection or chance to defend their self. The horrors and death threats have never ended - my days are numbered. Once again I am suggesting that those who are keeping up with these blogs copy them as they will be needed and of value after I am gone. My computer is hacked with various blogs / pictures being altered; they have all been deleted in the past. Please save copies.

Mayor Autry's association with Wilbert G. Swieso and Jeffry C. Winslow's appear to go far beyond a casual friendship. It was 1991 when Mr. Swieso told me that Alan Autry would be returning to Fresno to fulfill an elected position - how could he have possibly known that long ago. It was 2000 when I introduced Mr. Swieso to Mr. Winslow - both of these gentlemen lied about knowing one another. Because plans were underway to finish the annihilation of my family members in order to seize control of our properties and assets. Fraudulent legal documents appointing Mr. Swieso in charge "should something happen to me"; fraudulent life insurance policy appointing Mr. Swieso "beneficiary." Mr. Winslow was boasting about his life-long dream about to come true - owning property in the Tower District. (Ours.) The ensuing annihilation of my family and surrounding neighbors was pre-meditated, calculatedly planned. This is what accompanied the Mayor's current so-called "citywide upgrade" in front of our properties

For 25 yrs I heard Mr. Swieso talk about his secret project of water diversion that would allow him to finally build his "dream home" on the vacant lots he owned beyond Friant. Never did I imagine that the years / countless sewage back spills that accompanied his offers to clients of "help with home repairs" was linked. It all comes full circle - from forged and fraudulent legal documents to death and destruction. An estate planner whose motto is, "You can't live for the dead" as he takes what others worked lifetimes for.

It appears that I am the first victim to have ever gotten away - Mayor Autry and his group saw to it that my reports and/or pleas for help were sabotaged; I have never gotten beyond the corruption. That has allowed the horrors to continue as these same "planted" neighbors continue to insist that I made all of this up. No one stands behind official records or unscanned photographs - they lie and use altered records. But they could not lie their way out of the evidence I provided - the city sewer layout as well as photographs from Fresno Flood Control - hence, the Restraining Order. Can you imagine being poisoned out of your mind so the City of Fresno could step in to strip and gut your property(s) - annihilate your family, then call you a "liar" and "crazy" before slamming the door. That is exactly what was done.

I have remained unemployed, living in fear for my life, in a home that was gutted and patched back together - death threats increasing. To date I can provide 60+/- names of deaths, disappearances, poisonings linked to his 2 associates - of course they need me out of the picture.

Don, Dan, Manuel, Bill, Al, Jennie, Rolf, Ralph, more ..... questionable deaths/disappearances/unsolved murder that occurred within yards from one another, surrounded by the same "planted" neighbors/tenants who claim that nothing was taking place on city or private property. When in fact, there was major construction, sewer/water line replacement, relocated storm drains, removal of various structures and expansion of others, altered property lines, relocated utility poles - no authorization, permits or inspections; only altered plat/parcel maps to cover up the evidence. Same estate attorney for 3 of the victims; same auction people for 5 of the victims; fraudulent / forged legal documents - this is a criminal network that entails annihilation of property owners in order to alter the city water system. Same people with trails of this - public records show how these "planted" neighbors rotate as this operation continues. All linked to Wilbert G. Swieso and Jeffry C. Winslow - MAYOR AUTRY'S PALS!

Mayor Autry believes that a group of liars and altered records are enough to cover up the truth. Let him explain how the sewer and water lines were replaced without the destruction explained above. Let him explain how Olive Ave. was widened without the destruction and patching of the Tower District. (Old timers will verify that Olive Ave. was always a narrow 2-lane street - how did the middle lane miraculously appear?) Olive Ave. was lined with Swieso's entourage - including the "planted" nightmare tenants who filed fraudulent lawsuits against me. THIS is why there were no witnesses or complaints to what took place - THIS is why any remaining property owners were ELIMINATED! Mayor Autry is nothing less than the people he is covering up for. Having me robbed, raped, poisoned, filmed with hidden cameras is further verification of that. Called a "liar" about the poisonings / "suspected" homicide of my family members and neighbors. Prohibiting the truth about his pal having my helpless, bedridden, Down's syndrome uncle's gold teeth pulled out, speaks for itself. Instead, the focus remains on ME - my behavior while being poisoned, to justify Autry's Atrocities. As long as the truth can be kept hidden, the technique can continue being used on others. It allows these very people to continue portraying themselves as victims and/or heroes of a "crazy" person.

The Mayor should be careful when conspiring with people like this. Using a lynch mob with trails of doing this to others, can easily back fire. The operation is carried out on a "rotation system." Jon, Dee, Jim and others learned how that works - they served their purpose and are now "in another world." Greed destroys.

Many times I feel like I am very desensitized to the violence that occurs in our society. Then, along comes a crime that is just horrific, that brings me back to earth. And lately there have been more and more. This story represents this very thing. I read it and cried and cried. This poor girl, being stabbed to death, by her cousin - no less, and calling for her mom. My heart is just breaking. For Shannon and for her mom, Marva. Shannon and her mom appear to have been such compassionate, loving people, wanting to help this cousin who was having such a hard time. Now, the cousin, Tiana Browne, is charged with Shannon's murder and will be tried as an adult (as she should be). She stole some of Shannon's belongings as well. When she was arrested, she did not show any kind of emotion, and acted like she had not a care in the world. Even though she had just viciously stabbed her cousin to death. No one here will win in the end. Tiana will hopefully be convicted and spend her life in prison. And Marva, I hope she finds some peace in her life. It will be a long road for her. But she appears to be a very strong woman.

Research trumps rhetoric

This is something that all the gun owners that I know were well aware of, but it is nice to have some solid research to back up your beliefs.

NEW STUDY SAYS GUN SHOWS DO NOT BOOST HOMICIDES, SUICIDES

BELLEVUE, WA – The Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms today applauded a new joint University of Michigan – University of Maryland study that says gun shows do not contribute to higher murder or suicide rates.

“We’ve known all along that gun shows are not the arms bazaars for criminals and lunatics that anti-gunners have claimed,” said CCRKBA Legislative Director Joe Waldron. “This important research has now confirmed that such gatherings are not connected to homicide or suicide rates. The study reinforces earlier research done for the Department of Justice that found less than one percent of armed felons get their guns from gun shows.

“Gun control lobbyists are already claiming the report is flawed,” he continued. “What else would they say about research that demolishes one of their most hysteria-driven platforms? The tide is turning on the gun rights issue, because research trumps rhetoric every time.”

The study, released Wednesday by the UM’s Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy, compared data from Texas and California, two markedly different states. Researchers gathered crime and suicide data from the periods surrounding more than 3,400 gun shows to determine that restrictive regulations had no impact on murder or suicide rates in the month following those gun shows.

“This research punches a gaping hole in the argument by gun control fanatics that a mythical ‘gun show loophole’ contributes to crime and suicide,” Waldron stated. “Thanks to this study, the anti-gun rights lobby loses another cornerstone of its agenda. For years, no matter what the crime, gun banners have invariably reacted by suggesting that added restrictions on gun shows would somehow have prevented it.

“As our friends at the Michigan Gun Owners have noted, we wonder why it took someone this long to conduct such a study,” Waldron noted. “Our hats are off to the UM’s Prof. Brian Jacob, along with the University of Maryland’s Randi Hjalmarsson and Mark Duggan. Theirs is a significant accomplishment.”

Thanks to a great aunt of mine, I have just been informed that Ice Cube has a video out shedding light upon issues that we all are becoming too familiar with: homicide and war, or should I say homicide as war. What is Mayor Autry using to justify the ongoing horrors?!?

In my case, he covered up for the group of self-proclaimed murderers, child molesters, Aryan Brotherhood, "planted" neighbors and tenants who annihilated my family in order to have the city sewer and water lines "secretly" replaced. Properties gutted and haphazardly patched back together. Then he had his risk analyst - the same one who lied and set us up for annihilation, issue a Restraining Order against ME! Deeming ME a "danger" to THEM! Committing perjury to discredit their own records, which verify exactly what they did to our properties; death threats followed.

If Mayor Autry is using trash obtained by his group's hidden cameras while I was being poisoned to justify what was done to me, how is he justifying this being done to my neighbor, who was never seen again. More suspected homicide. His risk analyst was the last person seen talking to my neighbor - lying and setting him up for the same thing. That Restraining Order prevents me from reporting this to anyone at the City of Fresno other than the senior risk analyst who committed perjury to cover up what his associate did to us.

A closer look at all of this shows connections to the unsolved Polzin murder across the street. Same intertwining of people as well as the motive. The murder remains unsolved because the SAME "planted" neighbors and tenants lied about what went on there as well! Look a little closer and you will find that within a short distance from the Polzin murder, surrounded by the same lying neighbors, were the deaths of Don, Dan, Manuel, Ralph, Rolf, Pierre, Genevieve, and the disappearance of the owners of the Laundromat. The intertwining of the same people throughout all of this is so obvious that it makes Mayor Autry's cover-up obvious. Reports were REFUSED - including suspected homicide, poisoning and attempted murder of me. Mayor Autry wants all of this kept SECRET - hence, the Restraining Order. Any/all attempts to seek help or report this have been sabotaged by his group - that is why I am left with no option but posting this online. They are not done with me.

It seems that Mayor Autry's group became so accustomed to using my behavior while being poisoned to justify their felony operation that I continued being used to justify these same crimes carried out to other people! Here is Jeffry Winslow's letter, which entails using me as some kind of alibi for the verified forgeries of his former wife who has not been seen in years. The one he said I would be meeting, "IN ANOTHER WORLD!" More suspected homicide being covered up:

This operation is teaching more and more people that in Fresno, there are no repercussions for annihilating others and taking their property and assets by fraud. Mayor Autry's group returned to further set me up for my final departure. Be sure that my days are numbered. The focus is on silencing me and leveling these properties to cover-up what was done. New deed will reflect revised property lines to line up to the others. And Mayor Autry will continue to promote himself as a heroic leader with genuine concern for the lives and safety of residents.

(By the way: When accusing anyone of forged or fraudulent legal documents - be sure to have the RECORDED ones verified by a handwriting expert. Not that Autry won't cover it up or deem YOU the criminal for discovering the real estate theft operation that accompanies the "secret" altering of the city water system. He is covering up some heinous and gruesome crimes. Your disappearance would be as insignificant as the others.)

After you look at the above blog, you will understand a portion of the horrors taking place behind a 50+/- yr cover-up; secret altering of the city water system. One by one, all structures are significantly altered. So unless this is carried out in-between sales, property owners are annihilated. Property along main roads require more extensive altering as this is where the illegal tie-ins to the main line take place. In the case of my family's properties, the plotting and planning began many, many years earlier. Not only were 2 of our 3 properties on Olive Ave., this group set out to take the Laundromat across the alley as well. Seizing control of 4 properties at one time, on main road, would require some ingenuity - one by one, we were wiped out. I was left the signature on my family's 3 properties; with my behavior out of control while being poisoned, filming me with hidden cameras served as "proof" that I was "crazy" and needed to be overridden by the "honest folks" among this group. Who better than an estate planner to step in and take over - my former employer who set me up. Stealing and switching prior to turning anything over to my siblings. This is his "secret sideline."

I barely got away before this group finished me off. Imagine the next nightmare would be Mayor Autry who, after refusing to address my reports or pleas for help, had the risk analyst who set us up for annihilation turn the tables and have me deemed a "DANGER" to THEM! She lied about the cause behind sewage back spills that resulted in illness, respiratory, hospitalization, cellulitis of the feet. My neighbor's foot became so infected it was amputated; he died at age 50. She took took 250+/- photographs prior to everything being stolen and switched with trash - from doors/windows, flooring, toilet, faucets, built-in cabinets, rain gutters, on and on. She then used her "release" for clean-up as her ticket of "non responsibility." By the time if was over, the properties had been stripped and gutted - we lost our 2 income properties; home was left a shambles. She had 0 photographs of the reason she claimed to be coming out; 0 photographs of damages. She set us up to be robbed and annihilated; it was not expected that there would be any survivors. Swieso intended on taking the properties by fraud - documents prepared, appointing HIM, "Successor Trustee" despite an Irrevocable Trust. Yet it was ME who was deemed the "danger."

Turns out that Mr. Swieso and Mr. Winslow are friends of Mayor Autry. Is that why the Mayor had his people issue a Restraining Order against me? Is he justifying what was done based on my behavior while being poisoned? I can understand a PORTION of that to a point - but then it becomes a much bigger issue when it entails suspected homicide. Not only of my family members but others. The man across the street was shot/killed when this was done to his property - same "planted" neighbors who were used as "credible witnesses" that this did not take place. The owner of the Laundromat across the alley was never seen again; same risk analyst was the last person seen speaking to him, lying and setting him up. Prior to this, Mr. Winslow said HE would be taking the Laundromat over. Coincidence that the signature on new deed looks like the one I saw Mr. Swieso forge (trace) on an insurance application. New owner of the Laundromat lives next door to Mr. WINSLOW!

Same group; same motive; more fraudulent documents. Same unauthorized reconstruction to private property without permits or inspections. Utility pole illegally relocated and reconnected (resulting in additional $900 to my bill that month.) Same "planted" neighbors used as "credible witnesses" that nothing took place. (Public records show the rotation pattern among these people as this continues.)

Did Mayor Autry authorize this group to annihilate the owner of the Laundromat? Is the Restraining Order supposed to prevent the truth about that from being exposed as well? Do you see that it is the very people behind the atrocities who are being protected as this continues? Also note how quickly and easily people are discarded with the surrounding circumstances covered up - one after another.

My home was recently ransacked again - more gas and waterline alterations without my knowledge or consent; new cement covering it up. PG&E even put a new meter to accommodate my wall that was shifted over again while lying to me about what was being done. I am being set up for my final departure. Another cover-up in the process. Not only to finish me off but to have these properties leveled to cover up the evidence of what was done. A new deed with revised measurements is also needed.

I recall back in 1991, Mr. Swieso's excitement over Alan Autry coming to Fresno - to fill an elected position. How did he know that far in advance. Mr. Swieso's office manager at the time repeatedly questioned me about my family's properties - who would get what, as if it was any of her business. I was being set up that far back, which explains far more. Including the same illnesses and behavior, which made THEM appear the victims of a "crazy" woman.

As you can see, there is a distinct pattern to this. Following this operation is a trail of burglaries, ID theft, forged deeds of people never seen again, illegal conversion of assets, suspected arson, reports of poisoning, suspected homicide, more. And a Mayor who is covering it up so it can continue. Reporting the risk analyst as a "danger to the public" resulted in a threatening letter by the City of Fresno - reminding me I am not allowed to report this to them; only the senior risk analyst who committed perjury to cover all of this up. Reporting this to the Atty Gen, Gov, Senators, etc. resulted in being advised to report it to the City of Fresno or District Atty's office. I am not allowed to report this to the City of Fresno; District Atty's office blocked my email address - they refuse information regarding a real estate theft operation. There is no help. How is this for a cozy set-up.

At this point, I can provide names of 60+/- deaths, disappearances, poisonings linked to the 2 ringleaders - is it any wonder why these people are focused on silencing and eliminating me? After taking my family, belongings, means of survival, leaving me unemployed, in fear for my life - they have me right where they want me; pinned into a corner with no way out.
