Video For Mariah Carey "I'll be Loving U Long Time Featuring T.I." Off Of e=MC2 Out Now!

The room itself was facing the west, with a cheerful open foyer instead of the dingy musty room they used the last six months. As songs of Mariah Carey and Bob Dylan swept the room, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh made his entry.

Forever a sober person, he surprised everyone when he  breezed in, in denim knickers running down below the knees with matching Lotto footwear. His Benetton T- Shirt was a designer wear showing ‘I Did it!’ across his chest.

Gone was the namaste, being replaced by a cheerful ‘Hi’ and a firm Dale Carnegie handshake as he walked around the table.

"What's our Agenda folks?" asked the Prime Minister as he sipped his chilled orange juice.

"We are here to explore other areas of cooperation after the Indo- US deal," said Priyaranjan Das Munshi with black coffee in hand. Gone were the kadak chai and Bengali sweets like chum-chum and misti-doi from Das Munshi’s morning menu.

"Okay. Let's move it," said the PM kickstarting the meeting.

"The Indo-American Association wants to celebrate the nuclear deal. They have made posters  with  ‘Indi-USsi bro bro’---ten million of them to be distributed all over India and pasted on trains, buses, office buildings and also on the offices of the Left in Delhi, Calcutta and Trivandrum," said Das Munshi. "T-shirts for students will come in later."

"That's great! Isn't it?" said the PM while breaking a piece of chocolate doughnut and dipping it in black coffee and taking a bite. People habituated to seeing him dip aloo paratha into dahi were surprised to see this change.

"What else?"

"The Americans want to setup McDonald's and Burger King in Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha canteens. Starbucks will also be part of this setup. It seems this was in ‘123’ Agreement Para IV sub text in small prints. They have sent their experts to design the location of the kitchens. After finishing in Delhi they will setup similar kitchens in Assembly and Legislative Councils in States."

"Was it a part of the deal?" the PM asked and answered it himself. "It must have been. I didn't read it with a honeycomb. Let them go ahead and do their thing."

"The American Baseball league wants us to organize a  World series Championship on the lines of IPL  20-20. Lalit Modi and Shah Rukh Khan are already in Boston talking with Boston Red Sox and New York Yankees. If you clear this I will go next week and work out a calendar to squeeze this item in our schedule." That was Sharad Pawar with a bagel in hand.

"Super Duper stuff! Good to get Baseball in here than beating the same old cricket stuff all the time."

"We have no objection to it, Mr Prime Minister," interrupted SP’s Amar Singh and continued, "But we would like Abhishek Bachchan to go with Lalit Modi. Since Abhishek studied in Boston, he knows the city and the game inside out. Also, he is not a Paanchvi Class-fail and will do a better job."

"That won’t be a problem at all. Let’s switch the names’ said P.M. who was now eating Kellog’s power cereal.

"The US Department of Agriculture wants our farmers to use only GM Seeds. It seems this part was added by them just as our team was entering IAEA meeting hall. It is in annexure XXX which can’t be magnified. Even our CBI failed to enlarge this for us."

"Let’s not go into the nitty-gritty as our friends from the Left were doing. They never read the Report but were only interested in annexures and comments on the margin."

'Anything else," asked the PM while eating Apple Pie with black coffee.

"We have a couple of points to make," said Mulayam for the first time.

"Shoot," said the PM.

"I want actions initiated on what we have already agreed when we saved the Government from the ‘No Confidence’ motion. First. We want all cases against Amitabh Bachchan withdrawn and all the land purchases he made, restored to him.  Case against Jaya Bachchan allegedly giving wrong information before filing Rajya sabha election should be withdrawn. Next, we want you to talk to President Bush and arrange a lifetime award for Amitabhji in the next Oscar Award presentation. Our next list will be ready before the winter session of Parliament."

"Done! Yes to all demands. Get George on the line. He will be in Camp David now," said the Prime Minister as he dunked the last coffee gulp of breakfast

Before I had a boyfriend to makeout with let alone breakup with, I listened to Fiona Apple's debut album, Tidal, on repeat. Specifically, her hit, "Sleep To Dream". Oh god this is good stuff.

I'm not in an angry mood, but when I listen to this song, it makes me wanna stick it to 'em. Whoever they are. I just love throaty female voices. I find them more beautiful than the songbirds like sweet Mimi and Minnie Riperton, both of whom can carry a 5-octave vocal range (very impressive) or Georgia Brown who had a record breaking 8-octave vocal range!

But what about our gals on the opposite end of the spectrum, they need some love too. Like, Miss Fifi Apple, and PJ Harvey. I enjoy a nice baritone voice, or at least one that attempt to go down there. Maybe it's because when my mum was pregnant with me, she played a stand-up bass, and the low thrumming bass notes are familiar and soothing to me. Quite probably.

Seems I was a little trigger happy yesterday, posting NICK CANNON's statement about his 'amazing' marriage to MARIAH CAREY [Website - TheLostGirl’s Blog].

What a difference 24-hours can make!

The news today is that CANNON is sick of being treated like CAREY's biotch/PA and that the pair are already going through a rocky patch.

According to sources:

"Things are really bad between them. The honeymoon period was over before it began. Nick's been surprised at just how demanding his wife is. He feels like her skivvy and moans she has him waiting on her hand and foot. Of course, they met not long before they decided to get married so there were always going to be things they needed to learn about each other. It appears Nick's learned he doesn't like her very much."

When Mimi is no where to be seen, Canobody hit Las Vegas the past weekend and got pissed drunk, and started telling everyone it is indeed a nightmare to be married to someone with, like, money and fame and an actual career. Bummer. A source tells News Of The World:

Shouldn't you get to know the person you're with before you, I dunno, get married to them? Isn't there some sort of steps you need to take along the way? you know, dates? romantic vacations? moving in together? meeting the parents? getting engaged? planning an actual wedding? going on a honey moon? using a marriage consultant?

Argh, what am I saying. This is Hollywood.

Mariah and that dimwit she married are all smiles. I suppose she's getting the high hard one all the time and he's getting plenty of cash to spend. Can't wait to see this one explode!!

Can you gauge the depth of love by the quality of a person's taste?

What about those who aren't well read? What about bad musical taste? (Or no taste at all?)

Several years ago I was driving my girlfriend's car, and she was the passenger. We were in the first month of dating - the "honeymoon period" of roses and sweet wine. She popped in a tape and out from the speakers came Celine Dion. She said with a straight face that Celine was her favorite artist. Period.

I honestly didn't know how to respond. I thought about asking her if she knew any Cowboy Junkies, or Emmylou Harris, or possibly a softball pitch of Carole King. But Celine is so far off the mark I didn't see the point. In my opinion, someone who props up Celine as their favorite isn't even really trying. So much music is out there, decades of music, that makes Celine sound like musical poo. At that moment, I did think to myself, "this (relationship) might not go very well."

It didn't go well, but I am not sure that Celine had a lot to do with it. I have thought many times since about that situation, though. Could I love someone who loves Celine Dion? If Celine is out, where do I draw the line? Mariah Carey? Gwen Stefani?

My hope is if I do find a lover who loves Daughtry, she will at least be open to listening to something more eclectic. I do believe that most people, those who are open to new possibilities, will if not embrace at least accept music with more depth. In this I hope.

He spoke at the opening of the Las Vegas Christian Audigier The Nightclub Friday, saying his marriage is:

"Amazing."

CANNON also told People, when speaking about his marriage CAREY:

"It's the best thing that ever happened to me,"

The honeymoon may be over, but Nick Cannon is enjoying the married life even more.

Although his wife Mariah Carey wasn't in Las Vegas with him, the "Wild 'N Out" host said his marriage to the singer is anything but rocky, despite Internet reports to the contrary.

At the opening of Las Vegas's Christian Audigier The Nightclub Friday, Cannon said his marriage is "amazing."

"It's the best thing that ever happened to me," Cannon, who was sporting his wedding band, told PEOPLE.
Arriving just before midnight, Cannon quickly made his way to the club's turntables where he began a two-hour set, spinning hip-hop, techno and rock.

At one point, he put on Shawty Lo's "Dey Know." Bobbing his head to the song, Cannon raised his hand high in the air and shouted the lyrics "Big ups, to all my haters."

Carey and Cannon met on the set of her video "Bye Bye," and after a whirlwind courtship tied the knot in May.

Mariah's new single "Lovin U Love Time" has been taking over radio airwaves! The song is very nice and was a good pick as a single. On the other hand, the video is not good at all. There seems to be a bunch of beauty shoots throughout the video of Mariah and it is not really telling a story. Videos should have some type of structure and this one dosen't. Does SFPL have to start directing videos..??....SOH...
