¿Seria duro verdad? Altos serian los costos para promocionar y vender tus productos, sin contar que tendrias que pagar empleados para que atendieran tu negocio, con lo cual no podrias dedicarte enteramente a un negocio logrando como resultado un gran estres y probablemente pocos resultados.

Presisamente lo mismo funciona en el mundo de los negocios por internet, debido a que muchas compañias tienen un excelente plan de compensacion aveces optamos por entrar a mas de una oportunidad de negocios.

Ahora solamente suponiendo que estas en 3 negocios diferentes, cada ves que entraras a una pagina de anuncios clasificados tendrias que poner 3 anuncios diferentes para tus 3 negocios diferentes, si decidieras pagar por publicidad tendrias que pagar 3 veces mas -por asi decirlo- en resumen, el esfuerzo se triplicaria y aveces tal ves eso provocaria que descuides uno o mas negocios si no es que todos.

En cambio (volviendo al ejemplo de la tienda) imaginate que si tenias 3 sucursales donde vendas diferentes productos y juntaras todos esos productos en la misma tienda... pienso yo que podrias mejorar el local con mayor facilidad y darte toda la promocion a tu negocio teniendo todos los productos en la misma tienda te ahorrarias tambien dinero y tiempo para ti.

En algun momento claro, tu empresa llegaria a un momento de expansion donde ya es tiempo de expandir tu negocio en varias cadenas.

Presisamente lo mismo sucede con un blog, tu puedes juntar todos los negocios en internet a los que estes afiliados y promocionarlos todos mediante un blog, y cada ves que te promociones promociona tu blog, las personas entraran a tu blog y si no les intereso una propuesta tal ves si la otra.

Sin contar que no solamente estarias promocionando tu blog y tu negocio sino algo mas importante: te estarias promocionando TU mismo.

Eso es mucho mas importante aun y de eso hablaremos en otro articulo

El dia de hoy voy a hablar un poco sobre los planes de compensacion mas utilizados dentro de la industria del Marketing Multinivel.

Recordemos que cada empresa "recompensa" de distintas maneras a sus distribuidores.

Dentro del “Marketing Multinivel” no todas la empresas “funcionan” del mismo modo, hay diversidad de productos y servicios, pero también hay diversidad de “Planes De Compensación”.

Los “Planes De Compensación” para las personas que desconocen este termino, es el “método” (o la manera..) que una empresa “COMPENSA ECONOMICAMENTE” a sus distribuidores dentro de su “red”.

Por ejemplo….. cuantos niveles de “distribuidores” podemos tener por debajo de nosotros (Cuatro, Cinco…dos….Uno).

Si en nuestra primera línea, podemos tener ilimitado numero de distribuidores o solo podemos tener un numero determinado.

A grandes rasgos, eso es un “Plan De Compensación”. Y aunque hay multitud de ellos, la gran mayoría se basa en los cuatro o cinco estilos que han existido desde los inicios del Marketing Multinivel.

Y son los siguientes:

Plan “Break Away”
Plan “De Un Nivel”.
Plan ” Matriz”.
Plan “Binario”.

Plan “Break Away”

Seguramente es el “plan de compensación” mas antiguo de todos los existentes en el mercado actual. Principalmente el “líder” puede tener un numero “ilimitado” de distribuidores, en su primera línea (1ª línea ) .

Y tiene incluso la opción, de llegado el momento poder “separarse” de su línea inicial y crear su propia organización.

Lo negativo de este “plan” es que si usted no trabaja, no gana. Siempre hay que conseguir “clientes” para ser recompensado.

Plan “De Un Nivel”

A diferencia del plan anterior, este no se separa o no se puede separar de su línea inicial. Y los niveles están determinados por la propia compañía (pueden ser de cinco, cuatro, etc).

Lógicamente cuando mas grande sea la primera línea, mas ancho será nuestra propia red y mas grandes serán las líneas inferiores.

Plan “Matriz"

Lo negativo de este “plan” es que no podemos tener un numero ilimitado de distribuidores, como suceden en otros “planes”.

Lo que limita un poco nuestra capacidad de trabajo y esfuerzo personal. Si por ejemplo trabajamos en un plan del tipo “3×5″, podremos tener 3 distribuidores en nuestra primera línea, 9 en nuestra segunda línea, 27 en nuestra tercera línea. 81 en la cuarta……..y 243 en la quinta y ultima línea.

Plan “Binario”

El “plan binario” es una vertiente del “plan Matriz” donde usted en lugar de tener 3 distribuidores, solamente puede tener dos (binario) en su primera línea.

Estos planes tienen un requerimiento y es que usted tiene que equilibrar ambos lados de su “red” para empezar a cobrar sus comisiones.

Esto en ocasiones es un “truco” (a mala fe) para que la empresa se quede con sus “comisiones” durante un tiempo. Algunas empresas con alguna mala intención, empezaran abriendo un solo lado de su “red”, y hasta que no abran el otro lado usted no conseguirá ninguna ganancia.

Tal vez cuando la empresa habrá dicho lado, muchos clientes se hayan marchado y también con ellos su comisión…..¡¡TENGA CUIDADO CON DICHOS PLANES!!

"...Saya Sedih, Kecewa, Geram dan Marah...."

Tanpa sebarang prejudis terhadap para peserta dan syarikat yang dikatakan terlibat dalam skim cepat kaya (sebagaimana dilaporkan dalam berita Utusan Online; kerana saya tidak berkesempatan lagi untuk meninjau isu sebenar di peringkat operasi dan model perniagaan), saya terpanggil untuk menulis berkenaan isu ini kerana ramai orang masih berfikiran memang senang buat duit!

Memang benar, Robert T. Kiyosaki dalam bukunya 'Rich Dad Poor Dad' ada menyarankan supaya kita melibatkan diri dalam perniagaan network marketing, atau lebih dikenali sebagai multi-level marketing sebagai salah satu strategi keusahawanan. Bagi kebanyakan mereka yang terlibat dalam dunia network marketing, seringkali mereka disogokkan dengan saranan tersebut.  Apa yang disembunyikan atau tidak didendangkan ialah, Kiyosaki tidak pernah menggalakkan 'usahawan' melibatkan diri dalam skim cepat kaya.  Beliau juga menentang keras syarikat yang berselindung di sebalik network marketing untuk mengaut keuntungan, tanpa memberi pendidikan keusahawanan yang betul kepada peserta.

Berikut adalah beberapa saranan penting oleh Kiyosaki yang tidak diambil berat oleh bakal atau para 'usahawan'  network marketing, menyebabkan kebanyakan mereka gagal mencapai impian;

• Kaji dahulu secara mendalam tentang syarikat yang ingin disertai;
• Dalami ilmu network marketing yang sebenar;
• Sebagaimana perniagaan konvensional lain, beri masa antara 2-5 tahun sebelum melihat hasil;
• Tiada jalan mudah mencapai kekayaan!

Saranan di atas itulah yang sering disembunyikan oleh para 'upline' atau 'recruiter'!  Apa yang kita sering dengar adalah;

• "U join sekarang, I tolong letak downline bawah U, jangan takut.."
• "Tengok si Anu tu, Mercedes menjalar beb, tak sampai 6 bulan buat business ni!"
• "Sampai bila nak macam ni, ni ada peluang kena cekup, lambat kang lingkup!"
• "Tak payah beli barang, jadi ahli je... nanti semua auto placement..."
• "Kaji apa lagi, sain je borang, gerenti jutawan!"
• dsb.

Sedih dan memilukan, kebanyakan 'usahawan' ini mungkin berniat suci menceburi bidang network marketing; malangnya gagal mencapai impian, ada yang kehilangan teman rapat dan dijauhi kaum kerabat dek penangan skim cepat kaya.  Itulah akibatnya jika kita menceburi sesuatu bidang tanpa mendalami ilmu sebenar keusahawanan.

Pendek kata; BUKAN SENANG NAK SENANG, BUKAN SUSAH NAK SUSAH!

"BNM serbu 4 syarikat

KUALA LUMPUR 13 Okt. – Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) hari ini menyerbu empat buah syarikat skim cepat kaya melalui Internet yang mempunyai rangkaian beratus-ratus ribu pelabur dengan nilai pelaburan dipercayai mencecah ratusan juta ringgit.

Serbuan tersebut dilakukan di beberapa lokasi di Lembah Klang setelah syarikat-syarikat terbabit disyaki menjalankan kegiatan mengambil deposit tanpa lesen dan membuat pelaburan haram di Kuala Lumpur, Selangor dan Negeri Sembilan.

Mengikut maklumat daripada laman web, secara umumnya syarikat-syarikat tersebut menetapkan bayaran minimum RM1,000 sebagai deposit untuk pendeposit menyertai bidang perniagaan seperti pengiklanan, pelancongan dan perkhidmatan.

BNM dalam satu kenyataan di sini memberitahu, syarikat terlibat ialah Buluhmas Enterprise Sdn. Bhd., Jazmeen (M) Sdn. Bhd., Noradz Travel & Services Sdn. Bhd. dan Eastana Farm Industries Sdn. Bhd.

Buluhmas yang beribu pejabat di Tanjung Karang, Selangor dalam laman webnya mendakwa ia memiliki 700,000 ahli sebagai pembayar deposit di seluruh negara.

Kaedah perniagaannya menggunakan promoter untuk mengiklankan aktiviti syarikat dengan menampal pelekat yang tertera logo syarikat atau perkhidmatan yang ditawarkan kepada pendeposit.

Sekitar pukul 9.30 malam ini, laman web Buluhmas masih boleh dilayari yang menunjukkan sejak April lalu ia telah menerima hampir 250,000 pengunjung.

Sementara itu, Jazmeen dalam laman webnya mendakwa dengan permulaan modal sebanyak RM1,000, pendeposit mampu mendapat pulangan 120 peratus dalam tempoh 12 bulan pertama dan jumlah itu terus bertambah pada tahun-tahun berikutnya.

BNM dalam kenyataannya menambah, tindakan ke atas keempat-empat syarikat itu diambil setelah Unit Penyiasatan Khas BNM menjalankan siasatan terhadap aktiviti syarikat berkenaan.

“Kesemua penganjur skim pelaburan itu akan ditahan selepas BNM merekodkan kenyataan mereka kerana disyaki mengambil deposit secara haram dan menjalankan aktiviti penggubahan wang haram,” jelas kenyataan itu.

Seorang jurucakap BNM ketika dihubungi memberitahu, jumlah sebenar ahli terlibat dan nilai deposit yang dikumpulkan oleh keempat-empat syarikat itu hanya akan diketahui apabila kes mereka dihadapkan ke mahkamah dalam tempoh terdekat.

Aktiviti syarikat-syarikat itu disiasat mengikut Seksyen 25 (1) Akta Bank dan Institusi-Institusi Kewangan 1989 yang melarang mana-mana individu yang tidak mempunyai lesen daripada menerima dan mengambil deposit.

Katanya, jika sabit kesalahan pegawai dan pemilik syarikat-syarikat terlibat boleh didenda tidak melebihi RM10 juta atau dipenjara untuk tempoh 10 tahun atau kedua-duanya sekali.

Syarikat-syarikat itu juga disiasat di bawah Akta Pencegahan Penggubahan Wang Haram dan Pencegahan Pembiayaan Keganasan 2001 (AMLATFA 2001) yang melarang mana-mana individu daripada terlibat atau cuba untuk membabitkan diri atau bersubahat melakukan kegiatan penggubahan wang haram.

Jika disabitkan kesalahan, mereka yang didakwa boleh dikenakan denda tidak melebihi RM5 juta atau dipenjarakan untuk tempoh tidak melebihi lima tahun atau kedua-duanya sekali.

Menurut kenyataan BNM, skim pelaburan yang dianjurkan oleh keempat-empat syarikat yang diserbu hari ini menyatakan kononnya ia berasaskan perdagangan mata wang, pasaran hadapan komoditi, pelaburan luar persisiran dan saham-saham lain.

Dakwaan itu, kata BNM, hanya rekaan semata-mata.

“Orang ramai diingatkan supaya sentiasa berwaspada dengan skim yang ditawarkan melalui Internet, panggilan telefon atau seminar yang dianjurkan oleh individu atau syarikat yang tidak dilesenkan oleh BNM,’’ jelas kenyataan itu.

Orang ramai boleh mengetahui senarai syarikat dan institusi berlesen yang menerima deposit dengan melawat laman web BNM di www.bnm.gov.my."

Having trouble getting your downline to be motivated, productive and follow your MLM training guidance and suggestions? Here’s 29 proven actions successful MLM leaders do, written by a leader with a downline of 56,000 people.

1. A network marketing leader doesn’t wait until he/she gets a large group before becoming a leader. It can’t work that way, because you would never get the large group if you’re waiting to be leader first! Nor does the leader wait until they feel they possess the knowledge to lead - rarely they do.

2. At events, the leader arrives early and reserves chairs for their entire group on the front row. What I’ve found is that there are very rarely more than two leaders in any room. Please understand what I mean by this. Once a person gets to a certain level of success they will stop doing these simple leadership things because of ego. They suddenly become “too knowledgeable” to sit and listen to a speaker that has less time in the MLM business than them. If you remain humble and hungry the world is yours. So is the front row, by the way.

3. A true leader realizes that there is a difference between being a leader and being a leader of people. More on this later.

4. Network marketing “works” under many conditions, but when those relationships between you and your organization become tight and a “esprit de corps” is created, there’s nothing like it. I do mean nothing.

5. Appearance is impeccable. Even in jeans.

6. A leader “appears” organized, much like ducks cruising smoothly across the water, however, no one sees or knows how radical and out of control their feet are peddling.

7. Leaders of people treat their people with respect. Respect means you have a good opinion of their character or ideas. Simply put, you are interested in your people - their ideas, their complaints, their fears, their successes - THEM!

8. As a leader you develop or find five “Top Producers.” Devote yourself to them. Find three qualities that you like about each person. Write those in your day planner. Review them frequently, thinking of how you can help bolster one of those attributes. Bolstering an attribute can be many things - from a good verbal acknowledgement, to giving a telephone headset to someone as a gift who is working hard at making calls, to being their friend when they have a personal crisis.

9. New leaders are let down often by those they devote themselves to. Why? Because you selected the wrong person to devote yourself to. You only get good at character choosing with experience. Track record is really the only place to look first. What has the person been doing with their time…and what does the person do with his or her time? Albeit controversial, do not sink yourself if doing so won’t save your mate. Cut away when you feel you’re being pulled under. If you help “able” people, they will help more people. If you try to help an unable person they may sink you on their way down.

10. The network marketing leader organizes MLM training sessions and gets the product or service “specialist” in front of their group - whether it’s in person, on a conference call or on an audio or video. Example: Your company carries a nutrition line created by Dr. Whoever. He specializes in human nutrition and created an ingredient that is in your products that is truly unique. The leader will somehow get that doctor on a conference call with his or her group to raise their belief in the products.

11. A network marketing leader always gives “back” more. Example: Let’s say that there’s a foul-up in processing distributor agreements in your downline. You get the distributors on the phone with a customer service rep that handles the situation. You know that that customer service rep really worked hard to help the situation. Yes, it’s their job…BUT, the leader will send that customer service rep a bag of M&M’s or flowers or something to say “thank you for going above the call of duty.” What do you think that customer service rep will do for your group now? Just about anything.

12. The leader climbs the ladder and finds out who the decision makers are at the company and gets to know them but never bugs them. This is positioning yourself so that opportunity can see you. This is different than you seeing opportunity. Suddenly you find yourself speaking at the convention…hmm, I guess it was just luck. Yeah, right!

13. At the company conventions the leader will introduce the corporate staff to their organization and vise versa. Even the order takers! Take the time to do this because it creates a sense of belonging for both the corporate staff as well as the distributors. Imagine the difference when a biochemist for a company has met 100 real people with dreams and passions about selling his/her product. Do you think that creates a stronger passion for the biochemist to create better products? Absolutely. All of this “belonging” and “passion” was created because of your leadership.

14. A leader in network marketing is the switchboard of information and communication. They’re not “in the loop.” They ARE the loop.

15. A leader can always be reached by fax, email and or phone. Returned communication will occur in less than 24 hours. If that’s not a possibility the message will indicate that it might be longer.

16. A leader never exposes weakness and fear to their organization. Some view me as being “inhuman” or robotic on this. What I mean by this is that the leader must always maintain their certainty about both the business opportunity and the MLM training system. I’ve never met a person in my life that doesn’t have fear and weaknesses. If you’ve got fears or doubts about your company get over them or get out. Fly to the company today and get your concerns handled. Come back and be a rock for your group. I guarantee they’ll follow you. Conversely, share with them your little uncertainties and they’ll be so relieved that you’re “human” and…they’ll also find another leader to follow.

17. Recognizing that everyone is growing, a leader never invalidates the efforts of anyone in his or her organization. One person brings six guests to a meeting, another brings two, and the third brings none. The leader is able to notice that person number three is there - which might have been a major growth step for them. So instead of criticizing them for not bringing a guest - they praise them for being there.

18. The leader is always searching for and praising something about his or her people. “Little babies love praise, but grown men will die for it.” Men in battle will risk their lives for a 1¼” x 1½” ribbon they pin onto their shirt above their left chest pocket. They wear this ribbon for the world to see. Forgo praise and you’ve missed out on the most powerful tool in your leadership arsenal. Praise for things they’ve yet to do, and you’ll create a person who withdraws from the group because you made them a fake.

19. If you share this list with your group - share whose content it is. If you don’t you will also be guilty of the last sentence of item #18. Seeking praise, respect, fame, etc. for what you didn’t do, makes you feel like a fake.

20. A leader uses and teaches new technologies in their organization - but only if it truly works. Don’t drive your organization down dead ends.

21. Leaders are ethical examples. If you “sneak” your people past the registration table you’ve just ruined their perception of you. They can never trust you and they shouldn’t. You’ve got one shot at doing this right.

22. A leader creates alliances with needed national and international (if applicable) groups to ensure their group has support and representation. If no group exists, build it.

23. Leaders are more concerned about the growth of their people than the growth of their bonus check. Focus on the growth of your people, your bonus check will take care of itself.

24. A leader never says what they can get others to say. Example: My company calls and says, “We’d like you to speak at the company convention.” I accept graciously, and then ask “Would it be possible for me to include a new leader named _________? They’re a good speaker and I would love to share the stage with them.” See, a leader wants his or her people to be leaders.

25. A leader never, ever speaks ill of anyone - even if they deserve it.

26. A leader acknowledges other leaders in the room. “We are honored to have in the room with us Mrs. 77. She conducts business meetings in the 44 area.”

27. A leader doesn’t get bent out of shape because they don’t get a return phone call from the corporate office - or the upline! More than once I’ve sent pizza to a department with special instructions to the delivery person telling them to say, “This pizza has already been paid for by Tim Sales. He asks only that after enjoying the pizza that you call him at 555-3797.” Everyone laughs and guess what? You get a phone call with the right tone in their voice for getting something done. 28. A leader has a crystal clear vision about their networking marketing company and where they’re taking it. If the company doesn’t have something, they don’t complain, they figure out how to convince the company to get it.

En mi opinion, todo lo bueno cuesta, si el multinivel fuera de hacerse ricos de la noche a la mañana logicamente toda la poblacion mundial desarrollara un negocio multinivel.

El Multinivel a vuelto millonarias a muchas personas, a otras ricas y a algunos mas les esta dando un ingreso extra, pero a algunos mas definitivamente no les funciono y esto es presisamente por el tema que vamos a hablar hoy... la paciencia.

La paciencia es una virtud pienso yo y unida a la perseverancia se pueden lograr grandes cosas, algunas personas que han abandonado el Network marketing es presisamente por eso, tal ves entraron con la mentalidad de hacerse rico en unas cuantas semanas y al ver que los resultados no eran asi, decepcionados abandonaron su negocio multinivel.

Definitivamente el Marketing multinivel no es asi, se requiere paciencia yaunque claro algunos han logrado grandes ingresos en los primeras semanas o meses, no siempre es asi.

Por desgracia aveces las empresas multinivel y/o los patrocinadores hacen ver a las personas que "x" o "y" empresa les va a resolver su vida en menos de 30 dias..

No hay empresa que regale millones sin hacer nada, todo lo bueno cuesta y solamente aquellas personas que se tomen enserio su negocio, sean pacientes y perseverantes lograran crear grandes ingresos a mediano plazo.

Si, escuchaste bien... a mediano plazo.. aunque hay muchos casos en los que en muy corto plazo logran grandes ingresos no siempre es asi, depende de muchos factores.

Una de las ventajas del Network marketing es que una ves que logras determinado numero de socios/ventas me atrevo a decir que al menos economicamente tienes la vida solucionada ya que te recuerdo que los ingresos no los recibiras solamente un mes, sino todos los meses y esa es una gran ventaja..

Imaginate que tengas 40 años y estes recibiendo dinero por una venta o socio que conseguiste cuando tenias 30 años?

Esa es la ventaja del marketing multivel.

A algunos les a tomado un par de años, a algunos les a tomado solamente un año.. mientras que a otros les a tomado solamente unos cuantos meses lograr resultados definitivos.

Tal ves paresca mucho tiempo.. pero ellos ya lograron en 2 años lo que otros no han logrado en toda su vida: la independencia financiera.

Aclaro que esos numeros son solamente una referencia, por eso eh decidido no utilizar cifras, los resultados dependeran del esfuerzo que ponga cada persona y en gran medida tambien de su red.

En resumen, si se trata de mejorar tu futuro, considero que vale la pena tener paciencia en el negocio multinivel que estes realizando, mas que ingresos extras se puede convertir en la herramienta que te hara despedir a tu jefe algun dia.

You know that the “naysaying” is going to be inevitable, but what you might not know, is how to handle it when it comes. Cruel animosity comes from those closest to you when you dare to break the “status quo” of what they feel is working for them or the right way of doing things in life, does not result from what you are doing, but from how others are looking at it in comparison to what they do.

First of all, animosity is not the only thing we need to get a definition of. It is one part of the title on this blog, because anger and resentment does fuel the fires in families against their network marketing kin. Besides animosity, we need to get the meaning of why we are so firm in what we do as business people. If we are sure of the “why” then all the contrariness in the world won't be able to stop us!

So let's define concretely why we have opted in to an online business, shall we? First of all, there was the promise of seeing our dreams come to pass. This could mean getting financially free, going on vacations regularly, buying a new house, car, boat, etc. Basically, we bought the idea of home-based “anything” because we were dissatisfied with what we were already doing or we wanted something more besides doing that job.

My point is that we need to keep in mind that the reason we are where we are in business, is because of our own desire for a change! We did not decide to sell our products, prospect for business builders, nor invest in money-making devices, because we wanted to somehow make our families feel like they were less than we were! We had no alterior motive but we did indeed have a motive...to finally SUCCEED and BREAK FREE!

When we feel the cruel animosity heading our way, it's not because we did something against that bitter person. Those attitudes in him/her say more about how they feel inside themselves, than about any choices we will make. We did not tell them how excited we were, so that they could then get angry with us for not wanting to have a boss, a weekly paycheck, and a schedule of getting out of bed to commute in the cold, wind, rain or hail, as they are. We have nothing to feel bad about and we have every right to do what we do, be good at it and make money at it too!

Now, animosity signifies resentment. Since we now recall that we began our business to break free, achieve goals and dreams and be successful, when we see that someone resents that, instead of us trying to assuage those people, we can just realize that they have not yet come to an undertanding of this new, emotionally-healthier way of doing things. Putting yourself in the place of those skeptics, means you can relate to their hesitancy and let them “own” that. Let the person decide to scoff, tell you why it won't work, attempt to talk you out of it and change your plans, and finally just plain ignore you in the end.

Since you know what's behind their words and anger...(fear... of being stuck where they are forever) you will just keep doing what you are doing, knowing that you do it because you love it, believe in it, and never want to return to the way things used to be. Success will head your way right on over the heads and past the hips of those people steeped in animosity.

• Lifestyle Marketing: Add the people you meet as you participate in activities. For example, gather information from clubs, schools, and other groups that you’re already involved with.
• Trade Cards: Trade business cards wherever you go.
• Warm Market: Use any type of Memory Jogger and add all the people to your Warm Market.
