You have here a old shoe with a new concept. Its wild how a few adjustments in the colorway brings an old shoe to life. The subtle infrared stitching on the heel and tongue gives this shoe much mor value. It was first released back in 1990, the Nike Air Structure Triax 91 immediately became an iconic shoe. Since initial release it has never been available - until now. Combined with the Nike Footbridge technology with the Air unit but the real feature that snapped necks was the infrared accents on the instep. The original Colorway of the Nike Air Structure has a classic shape made of smooth black/grey suede, white mesh accents and the lovely teal swoosh. Solestop has these available to you in a size 14 and 15.

Hyperdunk Release Saturday 7/26

The highly touted Nike Hyperdunk is set to release this Saturday at select Footlocker retailers. While the shoe is truly a breakthrough in basketball sneaker design, I couldn't be more over it. I have been surrounded by Hyperdunks and Hyperdunk hysteria for the last 6 weeks so it's sex appeal has worn off. But since I will be trapped in a basement below the almighty Hyperdunk flag all weekend, I might hit House of Hoops to see the kids foam at the mouth for these flywire freaks of nature.

The outdoor and print ads are brutal too. Wieden is not one to disappoint but I expect more...I DEMAND MORE.

August 2008 Nike SB Blazer Release, Ice Cold

Don't worry, not much hype to these.. but there should be. Although these will be wide released, they've reserved a space in my stacks. If you didn't know, I'm a Blazer fanatic (strictly SB, no premium sorry), and in an ideal world fresh kicks like these would drop monthly. I know SB releases every month, but these "Azure/Black" (Which I will refer to as "Ice Cold"), are some definite cops. The other August Blazer release is something else that I didn't consider noteworthy at all. So take my advice, if you go for the common shoe... go Ice Cold.

Ces chaussures en toile très anglaise font leur grand retour cet été, en plus d'être légères, ces chaussures possèdent un gros avantage, le prix! Pour moins d'une vingtaine d'euro, elles seront à vous (intéressant lorsque l'on sait qu'une paire de superga ou de keds vaut plus de 50€).

Les plimsolls se portent avec à peu près tout, du short d'été au jean brut, alors pour ce prix ce serai dommage de se priver.
