nanméo... faut pas me chercher moi hein! Une caissiere de pas chez Leclerc s'en est rendu compte ce midi...

Oui je vais faire mes courses le midi, quand techniquement (oui techniquement, mais la réalité est toute autre), les vieux sont au lit, les bébés aussi, et les autres sont en train de manger... Donc je fais techniquement (oui, techniquement, mais encore une fois.... la réalité est toute autre) mes courses traaaaanquillou en 45 minutes chrono, top départ, on y va.

j'y vais. Vous venez avec? (enfin pas trop de monde, sinon je serais plus tranquillou hein). Je vous emmène!

mardi 16 septembre, 12h25 j'arrive au Hyper T (ahhhh quand on peut pas citer des marques). Je fais mes courses (en choeur : traaaanquillou), sauf une mémé qui me suit et qui regarde les memes choses que moi, jusqu'à prendre les memes frutis dans les mains pour les tater (oui je tate les fruits). C'est dans ce cas que tu pars matter les capotes, et là la mémé elle devient rouge et part dans l'autre sens (et toi tu te marres mouarfmouarfmouarf).

je rempli mon chariot de plein de bonnes choses chères pour faire une bonne soupe ce soir ainsi qu'un gateau à la noix de coco pour ma collègue demain (je suis trop bonne je sais).

j'arrive à la caisse. oui. LA caisse. Une seule caisse d'ouverte, 8 personnes devant moi (dont la mémé contente de me retrouver). tout le monde rale...

Avec mes zieux super... ouverts (pas comme Yop quand il a pas de lunettes, mouarf) j'aperçois au loin une caisse qui s'ouvre, je fais vrouuuum avec mon chariot (on dit pas Caddie, Caddie c'est une marque avec plein de ®© derrière) et je commence à déballer tout ce qui se trouve être lourd dans mon chariot : eau, 2 pack de lait, croquettes, lessive....

Je déballe... et la nénette, elle a du compter, car elle me coupe dans mon élan et me dit:
- "stoooop c'est une caisse de - de 10 articles" et ta soeur?
je lui dis que non, pas stop madame, car 8 personnes là bas, personne ici, et que sa caisse n'est pas techniquement limitée à 10 (contrairement à elle il faut croire), alors ça va c'est bon, t'es gentille ptite mère, tu passes mes articles et voila hein, tu tues personne.

Là, la nénette, elle regarde sa collègue en pouffant (oui, une pouffiasse ça pouffe, que voulez vous) : - "oh c'est les clients qui donnent les ordres maintenant" et ta soeur?

C'est comme ça qu'elle s'est retrouvé avec plein de petits tas de courses, de 10 articles chacun, sur son tapis, avec quelques paiements par carte bleue ET par chèque (chieuse jusqu'au bout).

Le pire c'est qu'avec juste un mot gentil, du genre "je peux pas désolée, mais ma collègue à coté ouvre dans 30 secondes (ce qui s'est passé)", bein elle aurait gardé le sourire.

Mais moi j'aurais pas autant rit...

Bonus zic : allez écouter CA! (faut cliquer sur "ca!") spéciale dédicace aux jeunes mariés (regardez là) de samedi! parce que danser sur Rape Me dans un mariage, c'est assez unique pour être souligné, et j'ai adoré!

The girl’s mother, Lilia Odhner, has been disabled after a brain trauma two years ago. She worked for PNC Bank in Doylestown and was injured at work. PNC Bank and Zurich Insurance Company denied her Workers’ compensation insurance payments. The Lower Bucks County Workers’ Compensation Judge Michael Rosen sided with PNC Bank and the Zurich Insurance Company and denied Lilia Odhner Workers’ Compensation insurance payments. Doing so, Judge Rosen refused Lilia and her attorney, Patrick Donan, to view a bank branch surveillance videotape with the recording of the circumstances of her brain injury.

Being severely disabled by brain damage, Lilia has lost her ability to produce income and sustain herself and her daughter. They have been homeless since November 2007. Lilia has been told that there are many programs addressing homelessness in Pennsylvania and Bucks County. However, she has difficulty gaining access to benefits and services from these programs. After two years, she still doesn’t have a social worker to coordinate her efforts to find an affordable accommodation. The main barrier to using homeless assistance programs is her disability, as she came to understand. Administratively, mainstream programs are categorically organized with funding systems that are unable to respond to her needs, which are the needs of a disabled single parent family.

Lilia Odhner vs. PNC Bank, Zurich Insurance Company:

In 2006 Pittsburgh based PNC Bank’s Doylestown branch employee Lilia Odhner was injured inside the branch. She suffered a traumatic brain injury that left her permanently disabled. Her employment was terminated by PNC Bank after 90 days of Lilia’s disability for allegedly “abandoning her work.” Her full and permanent disability was confirmed by a Federal Judge in her Social Security Disability decision in November 2007. Her disability Workman’s Compensation insurance coverage was denied by PNC Bank and Zurich American, a unit of Swiss insurance giant Zurich Financial Services. PNC Bank and Zurich Insurance Company refuse to surrender the surveillance videotape with the footage of Lilia’s injury to the court despite of Lilia’s Workers’ Compensation attorney Patrick Donan requests to the Workman’s Compensation Judge Michael Rosen and to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board presiding by the Montgomery County Commissioner Joseph Hoeffel. Lilia Odhner and her fifteen year old daughter are currently homeless and depend on their friends to survive.

Attorney Needed for a Brain Injured Woman In Americans with Disabilities Case Against PNC Financial

PHILADELPHIA-(PNC NEWS)–Who is not afraid of PNC Bank? In August 2007, Lilia Odhner, a 39 year old brain injured PNC Bank employee, filed a complaint against PNC Bank with the Philadelphia office of EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission). Inquire #530 2007 03685N. The Complaint states a claim under Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), In her complaint, Lilia Odhner brings forward that the PNC Bank Doylestown branch manager Sonya Edwards intentionally and willfully denied Lilia’s request for a medical emergency accommodation on September 28, 2006. The failure to accommodate resulted in Lilia’s catastrophic brain damage and permanent disability. Sonya Edwards caused such injury intentionally, knowingly and recklessly under circumstances manifesting extreme indifference to the value of human life.

Sonya Edwards’s actions constitute the kind of "deliberate indifference" that the court has held to be necessary for a damages recovery under Title II of the ADA.

The circumstances surrounding her injury were recorded by CCTV branch surveillance videotape.

Sonya Edwards, a PNC Bank manager, failed to make reasonable accommodations on Lilia Odhner’s multiple requests. At her workplace, Lilia was subject to common administrative control (ADA), SUBCHAPTER I [TITLE I] - EMPLOYMENT SEC. 12112. [Section 102]. She couldn’t leave her workplace at a teller station with about $20,000.00 in her cash drawer without a manager’s permission. Sonya Edwards refused to grant such permission to Lilia. Lilia Odhner stayed at her workplace till the moment she got injured. She was removed from her workplace by the EMS Ambulance workers.

In Lilia Odhner’s injury case the crucial evidence and the only unbiased witness is a CCTV surveillance videotape. For nearly two years, PNC Bank and Zurich Insurance Company have been refusing to produce for the court a surveillance videotape recording the circumstances of Lilia’s injury. This surveillance videotape is factual evidence that is exclusively within the control of the Foley & Sherry LLC law firm and its clients, PNC Bank and Zurich Insurance Company, a PNC Bank’s Workers’ Compensation insurance provider.

Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is a Federal Government agency in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Thus, the Commission conducting an investigation of employee abuse if perfectly capable to subpoena all and any evidence in cases the Commission handles. EEOC failed to subpoena a PNC Bank Doylestown branch surveillance videotape after a year of investigation.

Is it accidental that Valerie Walton-Singer, a PNC Bank’s envoy in EEOC Philadelphia office, took a key role in handling Lilia Odhner’s medical records, denial of her short and long term disability, and making a decision to terminate the injured employee’s employment? Valerie Walton-Singer is a PNC Bank Human Resources Specialist, whose services to PNC bank focus primarily on the issues with EEOC (James H. Hurst, Jr v. PNC Bank, Et Al. US District Court Eastern Pennsylvania No. 02-6733, 2004). Valerie Walton-Singer also testified against Lilia during her Unemployment Compensation hearing after she fired Lilia over the phone.

EEOC Philadelphia office will file charges with PNC Bank, and will issue a Right To Sue Letter.
